Garnier Skin Perfector BB Cream Oil-Free Review

I have tried a lot of different foundations & also tinted moisturisers but this one comes out on top. I received the oily to combination Garnier BB cream to review and I have found it great for my skin, when I apply the cream it doesn't make my skin feel dry, it feels really soft. I find the consistency of the cream not too thick & not too runny & therefore was easy to apply and blend. To me there is a slight fragrance, I find it reminds me a little of baby lotion but it's only a little hint when you really sniff it otherwise I can't smell anything when putting it on in the morning. I really do love this product as it has given me full coverage & I feel I can wear it during the day with confidence but my face feels like it's wearing nothing. I feel the BB cream hides my imperfections & also my pores brilliantly & it also lasts all day which is great. The last product I was using was a BB Cream by another company & cost a bit more than the Garnier BB cream but I would say the Garnier one is better & so I think the price is well worth it. I have never been a sucker for the packaging to be honest as I find that's just a marketing ploy but the tube makes the application process quite easy, I hate dealing with bottles & never being able to get that last little bit out. I believe it works for me & I would defiantly buy it again, I might go a little lighter next time as I think medium may be a little too dark for me. I would recommend this to my friends to try as I genuinely think it's a great product & as soon as this tube is finished I will be getting some more.

I'm really surprised at how great this product is. It actually does what it says it will do. All though I can't say I've noticed any difference regarding the size of my pores.

I have used this product for just under a week and I really like it. I do find it very drying though and have become a bit rashy around the nose and cheeks. The product is easy to work with but is very runny and thin in texture. I personally don't like the smell, it's smells like alcohol/very chemically which did initially put me off. The coverage is great! I didn't even need to use concealer as I usually would need. It's very quick and very easy to apply. I found one application worked just fine my skin and did a great job at covering my dark circles. It gives a nice, even, matte finish and once it sets I found it brightened my skin.

For me, it didn't help combat oil. All though the product stays in place all day, I still became shiny by the end of the day. I applied mine with a beauty blender, first dry and then damp - damp worked best for me.

All in all. I'm pretty happy! It gives great coverage using minimal amount of product, no need for concealer, quick and easy to use, gives a nice matte, even finish and gives a nice glow to your skin when it sets. I wouldn't use it daily, only due to irritation it has caused but I will defiantly use it for nights out and when I need something quick and easy to apply.

When I first recieved the product I thought the packaging was appealing and something that would attract me when shopping. Whenever I open the tube the product leaks out so have to be careful to hold it up when opening. For a BB cream it is quite heavy and doesnt have the sheer look most BB creams do but it does absorp the oil really well and leave a matte look which I really liked. I have noticed since using the product my skin is less oily in general which is what it said it would do.

This BB cream is great and really did live up to the hype. I have used this in replacement of foundation and was great for work. I felt the product itself was quite runny, but when on the skin, it spreaded out well. I have a lot of redness in my cheeks and use a double layer of the BB cream and it completely concealed it. When used alone, it lasts well into the day, however did tend to wear off a wee bit on the nose. When used with a primer it lasted all day. I also tried it as a base under a full face of foundation for a night out and it definitely created a smooth finish and stood the test of time. The cream leaves your skin feeling soft and smoother and from using it for two weeks, I've already noticed it does help the appearance of pores. It is a big sized tube and even though I have been using 2 layers of the cream each day, a little goes a long way. It's awesome how buildable it is, without feeling heavy or cakey on my face- sometimes I forget I am wearing it. My only negative would be that in some light I felt the medium shade did look a little orangey. I love this product, will continue to use it and confidently recommended it to others.

I have tried quite a few bb creams and I will admit garnier miracle skin perfector is by far the best yet. Not only did it give me more coverage than the rest it felt light so I didn't feel caked with make up . The other thing I like is how natural it looks and it lasts all day. So if you wanting a nice natural look with great coverage then Garnier miracle skin perfecter is the one to use.

I found this BB cream to be a light, medium-full coverage and an excellent day makeup. My skin is slightly oily and my makeup tends to become very dewy (especially at work in a hot kitchen) but I found this product to be extremely durable under these conditions and my skin looks just as good at the end of the day. Thank you for the sample and I will definitely repurchase in the future :)

This BB cream product is awesome. It evens out skin tone, redness etc. I have been using this product as a replacement to my foundation as the coverage is amazing. It is also a really good base for foundation as it evens skin tone and redness prior to foundation for a flawless finish. This product is quite watery and runny and a little goes a long way. It is very easy to blend and buff into skin. It states on the box that if 2 layers are applied then it gives a fuller and matte coverage which I believe is true. I applied this with a stippling brush or my hands but i found with the brush I got a better coverage and it lasted longer.The product does last all day. I have trialled the product for a week and I have not even made a dent on the amount that is left in the bottle. I would reccomend this product. I have actually already reccomended this product.

Skin Type - My Skin type is oily/combination. The product I was sent was full sized and the label said it was for oily to combination skin. Unfortunately, I found after only a couple of hours (with and without primer) it melted off and I became super shiny! Not good considering it's not summer, and summer time is usually the time I opt for BB cream over my normal foundation. Consistency - The consistency was very very runny, liquidy. I got it everywhere the first time I used it. While I liked that it was light weight, it was abit too liquidy. Application - It was alright to apply, as long as you don't squeeze the tube on your face (which I'm sometimes guilty of) and use a beauty blender. Otherwise, using fingers or a stipple brush seemed almost impossible for an even, decent coverage/finish. Fragrance - It doesn't have a strong smell. It doesn't smell like much at all. Coverage - This is a super, super light coverage. It does minimise pores and cover a bit of redness and uneven skin tone. Super ideal for young teenagers and young skin. Longevity - Again, it didn't last long on me at all. Barely two or three hours. And I was not doing alot during the cold winter week. Price - Compared the the Maybelline BB cream, this simply does not stack up for me. I would not buy this product, it simply would be a waste. Packaging - The packaging was certainly nothing special. Very clean, but also boring and a bit outdated compared to other products. Results - Overall, I didn't enjoy this product very much. It didn't do anything for my skin, and didn't last long. Could only possibly use it under foundation for a fuller coverage rather than on it's own. Would you recommend it - I would not reccomend this to anyone in my age group 18-20. It is definetely more suitable for the age bracket 13-16.

I've read and searched for a good BB cream and I was using the L’Oreal Youth before using this one because of some bad reviews I've been reading about it but I was really happy to test this product! For me, Garnier was so much better!! It's a bit runny but it covers well after applied. Tube size and dimensions are good (don’t get to much space against the L’Oreal one), but for what I've seen, I wasn't the only one having problems with its runny top if you open it upside down - messy!!! - it can spill really easily. I used a sponge to apply it during the last week (used it every day and the results are only getting better) and a 2.5cm stripe on the sponge it is enough to cover everything. My color was medium and it was just right for my skin, not making it look fake. The smell it's not sweet or unpleasant, but it's not the best - it's like and average unbranded foundation you would buy.

Having the SPF 15 makes it helpful because you don’t have to worry about adding sunscreen under the BB and make it weight more. It didn’t clog my pores, moisturized it and gave the matte finish it promised. Although I only put it in the morning, it lasts for good 5-7 hours if I’m not under stress.

For an average of $15 to $20, I would totally buy it again.
