GARNIER'S new BB Cream,  combats shiny, oily skin, by combining the power of ultra-absorbent mineral pigments for an immediate matte look and perfect, even-toned skin.

The oil-free BB cream works in five ways. It reduces imperfections, moisturises, gives skin a healthy glow, delivers a beautiful matte finish to skin and provides all-important sun protection with SPF 15.

GARNIER'S Oil-free BB Cream provides instant results while also improving the skin’s quality over time. After four weeks the results are clearly visible; skin is less oily, pores reduced in size, imperfections are visibly reduced and skin radiance is improved.

It has a  new active ingredient,  Mineral perlite - a powerful volcanic rock extract known for its ultra-absorbing properties.

Mineral perlite is able to retain up to two-and-a-half times its weight in oil and water and is five times more absorbing than talc, meaning any excess sebum is absorbed to fight that oily shine. This combined with uncoated mineral pigments gives the skin an even tone and a perfectly matte finish

GARNIER Miracle Skin Perfector-Oil-free BB cream is available in two shades - light and medium.

Much better than the anti-aging

I think if you were having problems with the texture and consistency of the anti-age BB and were having issues with the colouring this would be a good option to try. It seems to work with my skin much better and has a nicer consistency and sits a lot better on the face without any OTT glow or shimmer. I think this product is a winner.

Tips: I am a lot more impressed with this version of the BB then i was of the anti-aging which i was totally unimpressed with. This isn't bad at all! Finish your look off with a dusting of powder!

Garnier Miracle Skin Perfector BB Cream Oil Free

I discovered this about 6 months ago at The Warehouse. I was already using a Garnier BB cream but felt it was quite greasy so when I saw that this one was oil free I purchased it. I'm so glad I did as it was my everyday base over the Winter months and not oily at all. Coming into Summer I will go with something darker but I will continue to use this after Summer.

Tips: I have only seen this for sale at The Warehouse in the Hawkes Bay region.

garnier oil free bb

I really like this product. The consistency is smooth and even and is actually gives quite good coverage. It looks lovely anf fresh, never cakey, and still nicely dewy. I love using it under a mineral powder. The only things I didn't like were a) the light is a smidgen on the dark side for me b) I wish the spf was higher and c) it says it controls shine but it really didn't for me. I have to use a separate oil control primer. However for the price you pay, you can't expect much better than this. I would choose this over foundation any day.

Tips: Looks great with mineral powder, and some bronzer and a subtle shimmery highlighter for a natural, dewy, contoured look. Hello, perfect skin!

First BB cream

This was the first bb cream I decided to try. I was really impressed with it at first but now I have others that I like. I find it quite hard to apply and blend, and it kind of leaves me looking washed out and powdery. It only has two shades which also sucks. It definitely doesn't control oil, coming from someone that has very oily skin. I mean it does a good job of looking natural, with what I would say is light coverage, but its not my fave..

Pretty good

This product is great for young and youthful skin, however it smells a bit like glue when you rub it into your skin which is not the best. It will NOT work for dry skin at all, and I am very disappointed that there are only two shades available, light and medium. As a person of colour I find this really annoying, because Garnier is an international brand and therefore should cater to all skin colours. But Garnier does have BB creams for all skin types (dry, ageing, senstive, oily) which is good. This particular product has a very mattfying effect which is great for oily skin. I would reccomend this product to someone who has young and oily/ acne prone skin. It is nice and affordable. Check out my full review and comparison to the Nivea tinted moisturiser on my blog: http://myshabbychiclifestyle.blogspot.co.nz/2013/12/nivea-daily-essentials-tinted.html

Tips: Use a primer if you want it to last longer, and using a setting powder won't hurt.

Great Product - odd colour!

I switched to this having previously used the normal skin version. This consistency is MUCH better for oily skin, however I just can't figure out the colour! In the normal skin product the light shade lasts longer and seems more natural, and in this one I feel its a little more orange. I am quite pale, and so its hard to find a good product anyway, and I think that it works best with a very light dusting of powder over top. Overall, a great quality for the cheap price, but you can't please everyone with one colour, so they have done pretty well!

Not so sure

I am not overly impressed by this product, I find it too liquid, leaving an oily residue on my skin then it clings to my dry patches making me look both dry and oily... The colours are nice. But overall not right for me

undecided

I have tbe shade light and it is super light, very very pale. I found it a super runny formula which makes applying it very difficult because as soon as you open the lid it just pours out! Is oil free, but smells very strongly of alcohol so it is quite drying on the skin, as I have oily combo skin I found my cheeks got very dry using this particular bb cream. A good once in a while cream for me but I couldn't use it daily.

Perfect for super light coverage

I'm a little torn on this BB cream, the consistancy is super runny which can make it a nightmare if it's been exposed to higher temperatures (it makes way more runny than it needs to be), especially since the original is quite thick and more manageable. I do however like the amount of light coverage this gives. I wouldn't say its good for covering any imperfection or such but gives a nice amount of colour and evens out my skin tone nicely. But with that being said I can only use this in the height of summer as the lightest shade can be too dark and orange for my skin.

Not my favourite BB

I've tried a lot of different BB's for oily/combination skin and find a lot of them have an orangey hue that doesn't look good on my skin tone. This was one that I found a bit too orange for me in the medium but too pale and chalky in the Light. As for performance, it was alright but not good enough to repurchase. I prefer the Maybelline BB's.
