My mum got this and the diffuser too as a gift. When I walked into the lounge before Christmas time I could smell something really nice and refreshing I followed my nose and I found the box for the candle and the matching diffuser on the other side of the room. The box smells so nice that it has not been thrown out and it is very sturdy. The fluid in the diffuser has lasted as it is now February the candle smells great without even being lit! I love the smell I have seen them in the supermarket they are a great gift you can really Smell the pear. It is not over powering either you don't even have to light the candle to get a nice wiff if your nearby. This is something I would purchase myself in future because the smell is amazing and the vanilla is not over powering of the yummy pear. I cannot comment on how long it will last in terms of burn time because I have not had a huge experience with burning different types of wax candles but I can say this is a great gift and the packaging is pink like other essano products and also green I think its refreshing and balanced. The nice scented box would be ideal to keep something else in it and let it absorb the smell as it does linger. A great way to make your home or office nice. The price is affordable

I have been a fan of Essano's skincare products for a while, so I was intrigued when they announced that they were launching a range of scented candles.

Disclaimer: I am not a scented candle person. I have never really used them, like at all. In the past when I have used scents in the home it has been incense, so this was my first go with a proper scented candle. I received this in a Beauty Box surprise box, so I did not know I was receiving it until it arrived.

So now that I have a scented candle, I have to say I that I am in love. It smells amazing. The candle scent I have is French Pear & Vanilla and it smells just like them. In comparison to incense, the scent from this candle is much stronger, more consistent, and lasts a lot longer if you are trying to use a scent to fill a room.

The candle comes in a neat pink and green box. The larger pink box forms the lid, and fits neatly over the smaller green box which holds the candle. The candle is about 6cm in radius, and the wax is cream. It comes in its own cream glass container, which has Essano written in gold on the side. The box, bottom of the candle, and inside the box, all have clear safety instructions for burning the candle safely.

The candle burns safely and steadily, and the scent really fills the room! It smells so lovely and it is a pleasure to have it burning. In fact, it is burning next to me while I write this review. I think this candle will last for a long time, but I will definitely buy another one when it runs out.

I received this item as a gift and absolutely adore it. The packaging is very lovely and the candle itself it so gorgeous. The scent fills my wee whare and is so nice for guests come over.

These candles look and smell very similar to another well-known, and much more pricey, brand. Sadly, I can barely detect the scent from those ones when they are burning. The scent of these ones may be quite overpower for some when unlit. They do however give a good ‘throw’ when burning. They last a long time as I only have to burn them for a short time to fill the room with fragrance. I can actually smell them when I’m in the room too, rather than when I leave the room and come back in again. I would definitely buy these again as they are good value for money and can easily be picked up in the supermarket.

I love having a giant candle around but cannot deal with the price point of a certain popular brand. These Essano candles are really good. I get heaps of burn time out of them and I've only gone through a few over the space of a year. The candles are amazingly scented, it's enough to make my house smell amazing but not sickly and overpoweringly scented. The glass jars are good quality and can be easily reused after the candle has run out. This is my favourite scent from the Essano candle range. Really well priced and such a good product. I love I can get it in my Countdown online grocery shopping too!

This is an amazing candle, packaged in a lovely pink gift box- a great pressie or a treat for yourself. I’m a big fan of the skincare range and branching out to candles is a fabulous idea. The candle is as good as the skincare!

The candle’s scent is so lovely and I can’t get enough of the beautiful scent that makes my house smell declicious. This has quickly become one of my favourite candles, and it’s as good as the other brands you can buy that focus on just candles.

I can’t recommend this enough. It’s just a great product - I can’t wait to try other scents.

I just love this smell. Even when this candle isn't burning, I can smell it in my room and it's one of my favourite candle scents ever. The soy candle lasts a very long time. I got the larger candle and I've burned it for a good several hours and I've hardly even gotten half way yet. At the start, this candle had a problem with tunnelling but a bit of tin foil and leaning the candle on a slight angle helped. Now, with the use of tin foil, the candle burns super evenly even after just 1 hour. I'm definitely repurchasing this when it runs out but I suspect I still have a while to go to use this up. I just wish this candle came with a lid because if I don't use it for a while, it ends up collecting a lot of dust.

This was the first Soy candle I had ever purchased, I was always put off other soy candles because of the price, they were always a bit too expensive for me, but when I saw that Essano had come out with these I was glad because their products are usually quite affordable and you can get them on special quite a lot of the time. The candle comes in a pretty pink box that would make a really nice gift for someone. The candle itself is cream with gold essano writing on it that is simple but works well, especially when it is lit it glows up and looks beautiful. The best part of this candle is the smell, omg it smells so delicious! and knowing that its better for you than wax candles is even better. The candle burns really well and the scent lingers in the room, I usually have it going for about 1.5 hours at a time but its also nice when its not burning because you can still smell the scent in the room. Its a great candle and I will definitely be purchasing the other candles from the Essano range as well.

I love a great candle. One could also say I am slightly obsessed with them. I have only tried the French Pear & Vanilla scent in this brand and I loved it so it was time to try another scent. I chose Sweet Pea & White Orchid, it was around $18 on special at Countdown which is a great price as they are usually $24.99.  Burn time says 60 hours which is awesome.

These look quite luxurious, the packaging is gorgeous. I would certainly be happy to receive one as a gift. The scent immediately hits my nose, it is quite strong when unlit. The scent is gorgeous, very floral but not too overpowering. I like to light during the day and it fills my entire house. It burns evenly and cleanly.

I really like these candles and they are definitely a great affordable price for such a great quality candle. There is one more scent in the range which I am yet to try so that will be my next purchase.

I love love love candles and this one did not disappoint. good value for money. Will definitely be buying this one again.
