e.l.f Brow Kit Review

I have been looking for a product for my brows for a while, and untill now everything I came across was either too expensive, or didn't have my colour in stock. So when I heard about elfs kit on shaaanxo I had to try it! So cheap and works exactly how it says it will. Love the combined powder and gel for a compete natural look. Great value for money and I definitely will be purchasing again

This is the product I turn to when I want a very defined brow, usually on a night out or when I am doing a full face. I would probably suggest medium shade for everyone that doesn't have ebony eyebrows, as I have dark and cannot use for a natural look. I found that when using just the wax, it doesn't last very long, and the powder to set is too red toned.

When Shannon Harris used this product in a makeup video a while ago I went to the store to go buy it and was disappointed. The brush the with the product wasn't good at all so I tired my own one with little difference. I found that the powder barley stuck to the gel and would come off easily. Since everyone is talking about how great it is I'm tempted to try it again.

I have recently began using this eyebrow product! It really does my eyebrows justice! I have always been scared to fill in my eyebrows because of feeling they look too thick or too dark - as i am very fair. I love this stuff though! The gel and then the powder is just a perfect duo! I have it in Ash and it matches my skin tone the best!

I purchased my elf brow kit in medium and after seeing the duo I thought to myself that the two colours didn't seem at all matched. After never seeing this before and touching it for the first time i realized one was a gel and the other a power so quickly went online to find tutorials. In my personal opinion, i couldn't live without the "gel side" in my life. It matched my eyebrows unbelievably well and i can achieve a really natural look or a slightly more drawn in look with the just the pressure at which i apply the gel. On the other hand, i hate the powder. It doesn't work nicely on top or underneath the gel and gave my brows a very heavy red tone to them. I couldn't get over how completely opposite my feelings were about these two but will continue to buy this for the gel FOREVER

This product is so good! Especially for the price. It blends in with the colour of my eyebrows and makes them look as if I haven't applied anything onto them. i highly suggest you try this product if you like the look of defined, but natrual looking brows :D

I would highly recommend this product as it it so cheap to buy. You can purchase this from Kmart for $5 or iherb for $3 us. The packaging is clean and sleek and is simple to understand on how to use. With a mirror on one half and the gel/powder on the other half you cant go wrong as it is so compact and easy to transport round. This product glides on smoothly and can be shaped perfectly to your natural eyebrow shape and for people like me with the odd patch it defiantly does fill in the odd lighter haired areas. I recommend using both the gel and powder to get the most natural look possible and with this product a little goes a long way.

Although I prefer to use a pencil when filling in my brows (I find this gives me more control) I did use this in the past and as far as brow powders go I found this one great! The colour selection is great and the pigmentation amazing and it lasted really well on my brows! And for the price it can't be beat.

Having never used an eyebrow kit before I was a little skeptical about how this would go. The kit comes with a gel and powder with the gel going on first with the angled brush then a sweeping of powder with the fluffy brush to set it. I have to say, its my new fav product and my brows have never looked so defined. I got the 'medium' kit and its perfect. In fact, I bought another one for my sister and will be buying more as chrissy pressies for my girlfriends. For $3 from Iherb it cant be beat. Love it!

I had heard so much about the e.l.f brow kit I had hoped it would live up to it, but it really didn't. I found the power too, for a lack of a better word, powdery. It went everywhere with out really doing much.

The wax side is the better of the two, however, I find I couldn't create the shape I like using this alone.

I still use the wax when I'm going for a 'no makeup' look so it is not a waste of money, particularly as it is very well priced.

It just didn't live up to the hype for me.
