Consistency- This product had a very liquidy runny consistency, I do prefer a gel cleanser because I found with this I ended up using a lot more product than I needed.
Fragrance- This product had a very light fruity fragrance, it was very refreshing. I found this products scent didn't stay on your skin so won't mix with your perfumes.
Coverage- Only a small amount of this product is required, however due to its liquidy consistency I found I used more than I needed.
Price- The price of this product is on par with a lot of other cleansers I have tried, it is definitely affordable.
Packaging- The packaging of this product is quite plain, it comes in a plain bottle with a sticker on it. Once the sticker comes in contact with water (I leave mine in the shower) the sticker falls to pieces and am left with a plain bottle.
Results- I didn't find this product overly special, it did clean my face well but I did still get the odd blemish.
Skin type- I have very fair combination, blemish prone skin. I get an oily t zone but other areas of my face often get dry.
Repurchase- I probably wouldn't repurchase this product because I do prefer a gel type of cleanser. There are also other cleansers that are more readily available without having to purchase online.
I would recommend requesting a sample of this product before trying the full size.
I really like the idea of this brand being natural based products and from NZ. I like to know what im using on my skin, even with skincare. I enjoyed trying out this cleanser.
I requested a free sample of this as I was curious to see if it would work with my sensitive skin. As for smell, It doesn't really have much of a scent to it which is good as some products are too overbearing for me.
I don't particularly like the sample packaging as when it gets wet the labelling peels off like paper and ends up all over my shower floor. The cleanser itself is very runny, and I feel like its almost too runny as I wasted a bit of it unfortunately.
The good news is that it works fine with my skin. No reactions or redness from this cleanser. However I feel that this did not cleanse my face at all and barely left a clean feeling after washing it off. I really like the idea of using 'natural' products but I wish that it had more of a cleansing effect on my face.
