I hate to give bad reviews but I really was disappointed in this Bronzer. I had this in both Dark & Medium.
The issue that I had is that the colour pay off is so subtle that I felt like I wasn't getting any powder on my brush at all. I even did the naughty and dug the end of my brush into the compact so that I would get some crumbs of powder - hoping that I would get a better result. Im not sure if the powder was just to 'tightly' compacted that I wasn't really picking anything up on my brush - but my above test would prove otherwise - or that it really just isn't very pigmented. Im going to go with the latter.
As for the packaging I did actually really like this. It was slimline which makes it perfect for your make-up bag on the go - just sadly this wasn't for me.
This was the first ever bronzing product I used. I purchased this in the shade light bronze as it was the only shade that didn't look like it would go orange on me and it wasn't.
The packaging I loved because it was thin so easy to store and also, you could actual see what color the product was. I found the powder was very easy to blend which is great for someone starting out with a bronzer. It was also very buildable which was great as you want to build up this type of product. I found with this bronzer I looked amazing as it was so subtle. But I have found one bad thing about Maybelline's powder products they tend to expire way before their time.
I loved this bronzer and think its amazing for a beginner. But I have moved onto other brands that last longer before going hard and gross.
