Garnier BB Cream - Sensitive Review - Medium

If you’re like me and you would like to save some cash while out beauty shopping (I know that doesn’t always work though…) then I would recommend you get this product. I was a BB newB (if I can play with words, lol) when I started using this product. I had ordered Lioele TTS a couple of months ago and never got to use it because the couriers didn’t deliver it, but that’s another story.

This story however, makes for a pretty decent ending. Garnier is a good, reputable brand, known over the world as a household name, and this product lives up to its standards. A little goes a long way, and yes, I am talking about the amount you put on your face. Just a drop is more than enough! I’d treat this as I treat a moisturizer.

The smell is what you’d expect it to smell like, a mix between a moisturizer and a foundation – and probably Granny too! It doesn’t necessarily smell bad, but it’s a smell I would have to get used to again.

The coverage is medium, I think a bit sheer, but it does make for an even complexion. It’s not entirely matte, but not dewy either, which was a bit off a put-off for me, because I am a full matte girl when it comes to foundations, but I just pop a bit of loose powder over it and that fixes my issues!

Overall, this is a good product. I think a 50ml tube would last you about two months from what I have gathered only using a drop or two at a time, which makes for a good, affordable product.

I Absolutely loved using the Garnier Miracle Skin Perfector BB Cream - Sensitive on my skin. My skin is dehydrated, sensitive and has also recently had outbreaks but since using this product it has rehydrated my skin as well as giving me natural coverage covering up spots and uneven skin tone. I love how smooth the cream rubs in and doesn't leave streaks once applied. The packaging suits all age types, easy application and simple instructions. I would definitely recommend to others and will continue using this!

The consistency of the BB cream is quite thick and because I have quite dry skin, it was quite difficult to blend out the BB cream and looked quite patchy at times. However once on the face it didn't feel too heavy. Because of the consistency, I tried applying it with my fingers, hoping to warm up the product before application, however that didn't seem to help. I found that it has quite a sheer coverage and did nothing to cover any blemishes. I got the product in medium, and I found that it was looked a little too orangey on my skin. It also claims to reduce redness and moisturise the skin for up to 24 hours, which I did not find to be true. However on a positive note, it did not break me out or irritate my skin.

The product doesn't have any particular scent, and the packaging was made it easy to dispense the right amount.

I would not recommend this product for those with dark pigmentation or blemishes, but this may be more suitable for those that have naturally god skin and only require sheer coverage.

As I work in retail, I really need a concealer that does several jobs in one. To cover redness and acne, to evenly cover my skin, and to last a full, active, often sweaty shift. I felt this product didn't really work for my needs. Yes, it was easy to apply and felt smooth on my skin, but it didn't fully cover my redness and acne bits. A good second coat was needed, plus more for the stubborn red bits. I like that the product had a decent amount included. It's more suited for a casual sort of day. There was no overpowering smell, or any 'chemical' feel that was too harmful to my skin.

Now, my skin is difficult to work with because of how sensitive it is and it is flakey everyday, buy if i moisterise, my face starts showing pimples. When it comes to foundations, i just can't seem to get it right, they're either too cakey, or they just feel heavy but I found that this BB cream is very light and very helpful with my pigment. I've been using BB cream sensitive for nearly a whole week now and ever since I've used this, my skin has been hydrated and smooth all day and night. This BB cream lasts all day and is nice and shiney. I love this so much, I wouldn't use anything else :))

I struggle to decide how I feel about this BB cream. I put it on in the morning and it glided on smoothly. The colour was great and the coverage was nice and light. However even though I set it with a powder, it barely stayed on my skin. I have dry skin that tends to hold foundation in place but this would come off on everything which is a pain when you work with children. The packaging was nice and simple and the bottle is a great size for travelling. The BB had a nice fragrance that wasn't too strong and really just smelled like a moisturiser It didn't irritate my skin which is nice but because it was so high maintenance during the day I would rather just not wear any makeup. I will still most likely use it in summer at the beach because it did moisturise nicely but just not something I can wear to work.

Was pleasantly surprised by this product. I have tried BB creams in the past and found them either ineffective with little coverage or irritating to my skin. The Garnier Miracle Skin Perfector BB Cream has possibly changed my overall opinion though.

To start with I was very pleased to see the product contained no fragrance as that is always personally been the worst offender for skin reactions and an eczema flare.

The cream was easy to apply and I found a little went a long way. I have pretty good skin other than slight hyper-pigmentation and the fact it is incredibly sensitive so the coverage was just right and I had no need for a foundation or concealer. I did however still finish with a bit of mineral powder as the cream sat a little obviously in places on my nose and eyelids. Was a bit disappointed too that it wasn't a particularly long-lasting cream and I did need to reapply halfway through the day.

Not a perfect product but it certainly sped up my routine, gave me absolutely no issues with skin reactions and the light-consistency was pleasant to apply. Would probably purchase again and will be keeping an eye on future developments with interest. I'd recommend it to all with generally clear skin and who are after something simple and speedy to add to their skincare repertoire.

I have sensitive skin, not extremely sensitive but I am weary of what I put on my skin, I have had a few reactions. when I first opened the BB cream it is a thick consistency. My thought were that this would be a great product as it will stay on and I will have the coverage that I want. I was really disappointed as the day went on I was aware of the coverage fading, unless I did a touch up the end of the day I would be back to bare skin. I would recommend it as a quick way of getting a few hours of cover for heading to the beach as it has the SPF in it which is good but for every day use I would not recommend it.

So far this product has done most everything it says on the box. I've found this product to be very easy to use, just squeeze a small amount onto your fingertips and rub it in! couldn't be simpler. I don't have majorly sensitive skin but have dermatitis that flares up often if I use anything too harsh or fragrances. This fits the bill for my skin.

In the past I've been a real fan of matte make up finish but after using this bb cream I'm starting to rethink this attitude. If I could get a bit more coverage but the same finish as this I think I would be exceptionally happy - my skin has never looked so good :)

I found 2 flaws with this product in that 1: You only get one chance to get it right, don't think you'll be able to apply another layer without ending up with a patchy mess and 2: The coverage is very sheer. All in all it's not the product for me, as although it's easy to apply and I like the smooth consistency of the product there's no point in me using it as some parts of my skin are very red and just to seem shine through so I'm better off using a foundation rather than a bb cream. Such a shame as my skin seriously seems to glow once I've got this on.
