Garnier BB Cream - Sensitive Review - Medium

The Garnier BB Cream is amazing.

I have pale english skin and tend to redden easily. This BB Cream smooths out my complexion well and I especially like that you can build up the colour/coverage with multiple layers.

The product is affordable and can simply be purchased in your general weekly groceries from the supermarket which is an added bonus.

I really like this cream. I used a Garnier BB cream in the past and didn't like texture/the way it applied to the skin.

This cream is much smoother and easier to apply. It hydrates and gives a good complexion the whole day (I have quite dry skin so perfect for me). Really like this and will probably continue to use after my trial pack has run out.

I love BB cream for light make up days. Having only tried one brand before this one I was pleasantly surprised! Pop this BB cream on with a light layer of power over top, a little mascara and fill in your brows for the perfect no make-up make-up! My skin becomes oily over the day but is also super sensitive an doesn't like having a full face of make up 7 days a week so BB cream is perfect for this. Garnier BB cream was easy to apply- like moisturizer (same consistency) and has a pleasant odor. It has a medium coverage- better than a tinted moisturizer but not as much as a full blown foundation. It could last longer but for the price you can't complain really. The packaging is OK- not the most amazing but certainly not ugly.

I would recomend this to a friend with similar skin concerns to mine, however I am relatively lucky with my skin so if a friend had known break outs then perhaps not as it wouldn't provide enough coverage.

I have sensitive skin that can be quite dry and red. Garnier Miracle Skin Perfector BB Cream was light and almost watery on the skin, spread easily but didn't blend very well when using the fingers. The BB cream didn't have a very strong fragrance, and I couldn't smell it after I had applied it. It had a VERY sheer coverage - even after two applications it covered very little. The product latest most of the day in some areas of my face (around the nose, chin, forehead) but seemed to melt away in the other areas. I think price wise, you pay for what you get. I find cheaper BB creams to be more like tinted moisturizers than anything else - offering little coverage and none of the miraculous perfecting qualities they all claim to have. The packaging was inoffensive and clean. After using the product for 10 days, I saw little/no difference in my skin, in fact, it was more dry than it was when I began. I might recommend this to a friend who was looking for an inoffensive tinted moisturiser, but definitely not if they were looking for a miracle performing BB cream.

So I'm an au natural girl when it comes to skincare, although less holistic with makeup, as I love good coverage. For the last few months I've been battling with extremely sensitive skin - dry, itchy, red, sore, inflamed. Not pretty at all to see in the mirror.

So I was excited as a kid in a candy store to trial the Garnier sensitive bb cream.

Day 1: Applied a little test spot just in case of reaction. No itchiness or dry patches. So far so good! Day 2: Got too excited applied a little too much, so it was shiny to start, but blended easily & covered my redness. Felt super smooth to touch & lasted all day, only needing a light finishing powder at 3pm. Day 3: My boss commented on how my skin was looking better. She's right! It's making such a remarkable difference in such a short amount of time. Day 6: All "cracked" ezcema around my nose & jaw has cleared & I realised under my eyes look less tired too.

It has really lived up to it's name in regards to soothes, smoothing & reducing redness. I was really blown away how quickly it worked, as not even Dr prescribed medications did that. I've already been recommending to clients & will absolutely buy again.

My only concern was I felt a little yellow, however I learnt this actually helps create the illusion of less redness. It would be nice to have an extra light shade available for us super ivory girls.

So I have been using this everyday for about a week. To be honest I wasn't expecting much, just because my skin is sensitive to most creams. But when I put this on it was light. I didn't feel like I was wearing anything on my face. My skin didn't itch once while using it. My skin is now softer then it was as well. So I will continue to use this product. I just love the way my skin looks and feels now

I received the cream early this week. I wanted to make sure that I have used the product more than 5 days to make sure that it will be a good review (at least, so I think).

Reduces redness (check), hydrates (check), Correct blemishes (not so much), evens skin tone (check), illuminates complexion (maybe? didn't notice much of a difference).

What makes it nice is that it has that light touch of make up that looks like you put a foundation on (thank God the medium tint blended so well with my skin tone). I only had to put a little foundation at my cheek as to really cover the blemishes. What I noticed also is that the cream smudges or wipes off easily when it's humid or when you start to sweat. Apart from those minor things the product itself does try to keep its words.

Not bad for a 50ml tube of goodness that is worth under $20.

I have very fair colored skin and I was sent the Light BB Cream which matched like perfection!

I love the PACKAGING, Its simple but cute. It has a flip cap (for people like me who eventually loses lids to everything, this was a small, but important bonus haha) The squeeze packaging works well for this product. It's very easy to control the amount that comes out.

The CONSISTENCY is a like a mixture of creamy liquid foundation and smooth sunblock. (FYI it feels divine when you apply it! oh so silky)

The smell of any product is always a biggy for me, I have very sensitive skin and instantly feel sick with certain fragrances, but this BB cream was so gentle and light on my skin I couldn't even feel it once I had applied it. It has a very slight FRAGRANCE, similar to sunblock, but it isn't over powering at all and it fades away completely as soon as you apply it.

APPLICATION is so easy, I personally just applied it like a moisturizer on my face and neck using my fingers/hands.

The Finsh for this BB cream is sheer, but you can build it up to get lovely fresh coverage that doesn't look heavy or caked on...

You only need a small amount, it applies so smoothly, so a little goes a long way. I use a pea size amount which covered my whole face and down my neck.

The thing I loved most about this Cream is that it works wonders to even out skin tone and taking away redness!! (My skin goes red and blotchy for a while after having a hot shower, I used the BB cream straight after the shower and it instantly calmed the redness and it soothed my skin, I have never found anything that has done that before!) LOVE!!

I prefer to have full coverage when I go to work, so I used the BB cream as a base for my foundation instead of my usual concealer, as it does have a rather sheer finish. It has been Great! My skin changes during the day, it'll be dry in the morning then shiny and oily in the afternoon which is such a pain, but the BB cream really helped smooth out my skin in the morning which made my mineral powder foundation last a full 8 hours without needing touch ups. When I am just pottering around home or running errands i wear the BB cream on its own. Its amazing by itself and lasts all day, without going patchy or drying out.

For $17.49 this is an amazingly good product. And its always on special in the supermarkets, sometimes for as little as $10!! Such a steal

I would definitely definitely recommend this to anyone and everyone, especially if you have sensitive skin. It makes your skin feel so hydrated and soft with out any shine or greasiness. Its a flipping Win Win :)

Well here goes my first review! The product packaging was eye catching and informative, listing the properties and how to apply it. I used my regular toner and moisturiser before applying the BB cream with my fingers. It was easy to apply, no streaking, and blended well with my fair skin tone. With one coat it covered quite a bit of redness but I recommend two coats if you want extra coverage. A little went a long way, just a dab really, very economical. It leaves you with a Dewey, fresh complexion and lasted all day with me. I am prone to get reactions from some products but this cream was fine for me. I would definitely recommend this, just remember to wash your hands after applying!
