Sally Hansen Miracle Nail Thickener

Still trying every product and it still looks like I'll be searching. Have followed the instructions, apply every 4 days some would be 3 as I like to wear polish and usually change every 3 days. So I've given this 9 weeks now and it really hasn't made much of a difference than just wearing base coat and polish. Have not noticed any change other than a slight growth in nails but they still feel quiet weak and have peeled also.

Doesn't really work for me I have super weak/thin nails and this sounded like the perfect thing for me but it doesn't make much of a difference, I do think tho that my nails are maybe way to weak to fix and this may work for most people just not for me.Is a really nice formula tho goes on really well lasts well and dries super fast!

Ok so i noticed a slight difference in thickness/strength but barely, altho with my insanely weak brittle nails any difference in strength is good so i cant complain really. i dont think i would buy it again because im a bit poor and it isnt really necesarry, i think i will just suffer through life with bad nails! its a shame it didnt work better though i was very excited!

I had French tip gel nails put on for my wedding. It was the first time I'd had gel nails. I only wore them for three weeks and paid to have them professional removed. OMG I was horrified at how badly damaged my nails were. They had gone from thick and healthy nails to thin, peeling, brittle awful nails!! I hated them!!

I used the Sally Hansen miracle nail thickener every third day for two weeks and have noticed a massive difference in about half of my nails, they are thicker and stronger. I haven't noticed any change in the other half, they're still peeling, thin and look terrible!!

I don't know why there has only been a change in half of my nails? I will use the rest of the bottle but won't buy it again

Ive always had very brittle and peeling nails and feel like im consistently looking for a product to stop them breaking! This was Another let down to add to my long list. I used this as specified and really saw little to no difference, maybe a wee bit of growth but nothing to write home about. So the search continues

Reading other reviews I see other people did get as good a result as I did. Perhaps my nails weren't so bad. I used this as an undercoat and after a week I noticed stronger nails. As a flighty I'm constantly opening and closing latches so strong nails are important to me. As long as I keep them painted and use this as a base coat, I've had stronger nails that withstand my job.

With the price I really expected it to make my nails tougher. It really annoyed me how you have to constantly apply it because I really don't have the time. In the end I just gave up after not really seeing any results.

Very average product, it didn't work for me at all. I have very thin nails that grow quickly, but are prone to peeling and breaking as they are naturally very brittle.

I had bought many nail strengthening treatments in the past (mainly Sally Hansen) and nothing worked, so when I saw this product I got excited as it was advertised as more of a nail "thickener" than "strengthener". It promised to thicken nails up to 70% within 4 days. It sounded amazing but I wasn't keen on the 24.00 price tag so kept putting off purchasing it for almost a month.

Every time I went to Countdown I would grab it and read the packaging over and over again contemplating if I should buy it or not until eventually I caved.

My nails felt stronger after the first application (you are advised to apply the treatment once a day for 4 days) and it looked like a promising product. Once I applied the second application (day 2) the treatment started to bubble on my nails and peel. My nails didn't get any stronger or thicker past day 1 and once I removed the treatment my nails were just as thin and brittle as they were in the start.

I lasted about 5 days trying out this product (admittedly I haven't try applying it daily for months on end as I find it makes my nails peel and break if left on too long).

It is a terribly over priced product. I would not recommend it to people with naturally weak nails.

I feel like this product is designed more for people with OK nails looking to make them stronger, or for people that use to have naturally strong nails but have ruined them through use of acrylics and are looking at getting them back to their natural condition.
