YSL Nail Polish Review
YSL Nail Polish A new generation nail lacquer that’s both elegant and practical is presented in a sleek elongated glass bottle imprinted with the timeless YSL logo. A pantheon of fashion-inspired shades, from subtle and natural to vibrant and dramatic provide a high-shine finish for an instant touch of glamour. Long wear formula with Chil Rose Oil strengthens, moisturizes and protects nails from chipping and cracking. Dries fast and applies evenly without streaking. La Laque Couture is equipped with a new custom-made brush that allows an easy and fast application. The nail lacquer perfectly adheres to the brush that pulls the drop instead of pushing it for a flawless and intense result.

I own 3 YSL nail polishes, in the colours orange, jade and brown. The bottles are classic YSL, with the gold lid with the classic YSL logo printed into the front. I found these bottles further unique, as when the lid is pulled off, there is a second lid, smaller black which is where the brush is attached. This is an update to the older YSL nail polishes, where you would have to use the whole gold block lid to paint your nails. The brushes are also unique- the original slanted brushes have been replaced with a more conventional, but wider brush, which covers more nail than most nail polish brushes offer. The nail polish formulas rival OPI, as very few layers are needed to get a thick color (2 or 3), and stay on quite nicely with a good top coat. It does dry quickly, and will last chip-free for at least 3 days, 3 days being minimum for your mostly used fingers! They're definitely not cheap though, I'd buy them when they're on sale. You can get OPI at a cheaper price, formula quality is similar.
