for a supermarket brand it isn't a bad foundation quite thin and runny but not in a bad way. Adds great colour to your face and doesn't look cakey.

Have had this in my makeup bag for quite a while now. I use this for when i want a light coverage, normally for school. I dont use this foundation when i go out though, because i find it doesnt give me a full coverage that i want. It is a cheapie but a goodie.
I have been wanting to try this for quite some time and finally purchased it when I saw it on sale at Countdown. I really wanted to love this as I was looking for something with a bit more more natural coverage. Natural? Yes. Coverage? non existent. I have BB creams that cover more than this does! This would be awesome if you had flawless skin which alas I don't. The colour I got (120) matched me perfectly though and it blended in beautifully leaving a dewy natural finish. I will continue my search fr the perfect foundation but will stick to more medium to full coverage ones from now on. I think next on my to try list is the Loreal True Match
I bought the lightest colour on offer at the store - classic ivory I think, as I'm quite pale. It was way too yellow, and dark. Needless to say the bottle went in the bin, which was sad because I did quite like the way it blended on my face (which can be fussy about having too much 'cake' on it).
Tips: Good if your skin is anywhere from light olive to dark skinned, but not for the pale & freckly mob like me.
I use this foundation as a base, or a primer before applying a better, more full coverage foundation for then I go out. I apply it with my fingers and it does even out my skin tone really nicely before putting on a full face of makeup. I have worn it a few times on its own, but it doesn't quite give me the coverage I need to feel absolutely confident.
Tips: Be careful with colour choice, spend some time trying to get the right colour as I ended up with one that looked right in the store, yet it is a bit too dark for my skin tone
The Maybelline Fit Me Foundation is one which I have been wanting to try out for a while now, but I have found myself quite disappointed with it. The coverage is extremely light and luminous, thus terrible at covering up any imperfections or tonal inconsistencies. I had to apply several layers, as well as concealer and powder, to achieve a finish I was happy with, only to have the foundation appear greasy and decidedly un-'flawless' after a few hours. It's redeeming qualities are the excellent range of tones, the wide availability, and the SPF protection included in the formula.
Tips: If your skin is naturally clear and you're looking for a product to enhance luminosity whilst offering light coverage, this may be a good option to explore. Be careful of the runny formula when opening for the first time, and I would recommend a finishing powder in order to set the foundation once applied.
I have combination/oily skin and this product did nothing to help that. The colour match was pretty good and I liked the full coverage it gives. I will use this on days where i want more coverage but i have to use a mattifying powder during the day to combat shine.
Tips: Buy something else if you have combination/oily skin.
I have been using this product for 2 years now, i usually only wear it when i go out or for dinner or something like that, just because it tends to make some parts of my skin breakout. Also i found when i wore this out although it gave me great coverage it made me very shinny and it felt a little heavy.
Tips: maybe buy some kind of powder to but over top to minimise the shine
This was one of the first foundations i started buying when i got into make up and i liked it alot, teamed with a powder to set it looks nice and natural but not too cakey. and they have a decent amount of shades
Tips: dont cake too much on as it looks gross. buff into your skin and set with a powder
A very nice foundation if you don't want people to look at your make-up. When I didn't have any blemishes this foundation was fantastic but it definitely wasn't heavy enough for my evening make-up. This was my daytime and weekend look and it was perfect for that. Very easy to blend and a perfecting texture -well priced too!
