MAC Lipstick Review

I absolutely LOVE my Mac lippies! They are still hands down my favorite lipstick brand and I have tried a fair few! They have such an amazing range and they all have such great colour payoff! The only gripe that I would have about some of these is that the Matte lipsticks can be rather drying on my lips, but putting a good lip moisturizer underneath usually manages to fix this problem!

I've tired a few MAC lippies and all have been really well pigmented and gorgeous colours. The matte finish type are extremely longwearing (I have Lady Danger which is a gorgeous statement red) and the creme sheens are super moisturising. Ony downside I have found with the lighter shade creme sheens (ie creme cup) is that if your lips are dry/flakey the pigment can be quite uneven in application, so good lip care is essential for it to look the best!

Mac has the best colour range of lipsticks I have ever seen . They not only feel nice going on and stay on your lips for a long time but they are affordable aswel. You can also sign up to the store and get a loyalty card and they give you discounts .

If you want to add a MAC make-up in your beauty regime, a MAC lipstick is a must have! Huge color range and you can always find a finish that suits your needs and to complete that look! I always used lipsticks from Matte range for work as it stays long and looks natural. Looks elegant just wearing it alone even with minimum make-up :-)

I love MAC lippies, I always have them in my kit for makeovers etc.. also love the colour range. They wear really well and for the most part are true to colour.

I really like my MAC lipsticks, They're so creamy, and last for ages. They don't feel like they dry out my lips, so don't make me feel like I need to constantly lick my lips to keep them wet. So many colours to chose from!

These lipsticks are really good. There's an absolutely enormous range of colours, so there's definitely something for everyone! They're very pigmented, and longlasting depending on which formula you get (I find Cremesheen wears off much faster than Matte for example).

The mac lipsticks are great, they have such good colour payoff, and it is instantly clear that they are high quality lipsticks. I thoroughly enjoy these lipsticks, dont own many however ive tried tonnes, they are near perfect.

I currently own three MAC lipsticks: Russian Red, Prepare for Pleasure (from the limited edition Divine Night collection) and Rebel.

Russian Red is an absolute classic matte, bold, blue-based red. It has amazing lastability but can be a bit divisive due to how intense the colour is.

Prepare for Pleasure will be hard to get your hands on now but is a bit less intense and thus more wearable than Russian Red. It comes in a creme sheen finish which also makes it easier to apply though without the same longevity.

Rebel is a lovely darker purple in a satin finish. Very wearable and looks good with fairer skin tones.

All three are just brilliant and I would undoubtedly buy more if they were more in line with the US pricing. As they are, they're a treat purchase and not something I buy at a whim or wear often.

These are the names of the two mac lipsticks i use the most. Shanghai spice is a nice natural looking copper/coral where as Snob is a solid candy pink.
