MAC Lipstick Review

With MAC being hella expensive in NZ I never imagined buying a lipstick especially at $40 approx. a lipstick! So when I went through Tokyo Airport and saw them for nearly half the price I was definitely excited. I bought Twig, Taupe, Brick-O-La & Sin and there are all incredible. They are long lasting (even without being Matte) and colour pay off is great. I love that they have a huge colour range that cater to all skin tones and I wish I could buy them all!

These are my only MAC products and I'm in love with them.

The packaging is sleek with a black "bullet" and a simple MAC on it.

The two I have do not dry my lips out which is great. I also don't have to reapply them throughout the day as often as other lipsticks as the staying power is fantastic! (roughly 5-6 hours) I find them to glide on and to not bleed, therefore I don't have to use a lip liner if I'm not in the mood.

I get so many compliments while wearing these two beautiful shades. I would highly recommend these lipsticks but unfortunately would not purchase more simply due to the price.

I got given MAC Candy Yum Yum lipstick as a gift. First impression was that the lipstick tube was smaller than I first thought. But the quality makes up for the size.

It smells amazing. It makes me feel like I am really treating myself for wearing it. It has a very very long lasting colour, and for a bright pink lipstick long last is a must! It is an absolutely beautiful shade of bright pink. It is very photogenic and makes me feel oh so girly.

I love the matte finish. It looks very crisp and sleek.

So i recently just purchased my first MAC Lipstick and OMG its super nice!!! I had an old revlon lipstick that was my holy grail colour so i asked the Lady to match me and she did perfectly. i purchased it from Harrods in london and it cost me 15 pounds. I have the colour Patisserie, it is a Lustre finish and its my new holy grail. love the way it applies and looks. i will be buying another when i run out!!

Mac lipsticks have such a velvety, creamy texture that not only stays on the lips but looks amazing throughout the day, I use these on my clients and they are all so opaque and gorgeous colours! Would 100% recommend to a client!

I have never come across a lipstick better than Mac! I am sooooo obsessed with their lipsticks. The lipsticks are so creamy and pigmented and the packaging is so nice too! There is such a great colour range and all the colours look amazinggg. I would definitely recommend purchasing a Mac lipstick, they are so worth the money!

I absolutely adore this product, it has the best formula and durability a girl could ask for. I can eat several meals and it will still stay put with minimal touch up's needed. I love that it isn't drying on the lips like other matte lipsticks i have tried. Top points from me for a top product

I got my first Mac lipstick a couple of month ago and I love it to death. It's in the shade "spirit" which I muted brownish nude which suits my skin tone. No problems with application and i reapplied it once after about 6 hours

I absolutely love MAC lipsticks, i have a huge collection. They have an awesome range of colours available and i love the different finishes. I personally am not too much of a fan of matte shades as i find them slightly drying on my lips, but i love the amplified formulas. I will continue to buy mac lipsticks for sure. Also love how MAC allow the return of 6 products for a free lipstick! :)

Personal favourites are All fired up, Sin, Ruby Woo, St Germain, Creme de Nude and Heroine. The pigmentation is amazing, especially the retro matte ones. They last for ages, and look so nice in photos
