Lime Crime Opaque Lipstick

First I will talk about the packaging. While I don't mind the whole unicorn design I HATE how awkwardly bulky this lipstick is. It really feels like those fake lipstick toys you get children.

The actual product itself is great. I got the purple one as I'm drawn to purple. It can be real hard to find purple lipstick as a lot look purple but come out with more of a plum tinge when you apply but this is legit purple. The only thing I don't like is that it does stain when you remove it so can be a bit annoying if you apply it wrong

I love lime crime lipstick i own two colours and i'm obsessed with them! they are so bright, out there and fun so defiantly not for the faint hearted! the two i own are quite long wearing, creamy and easy to apply! really opaque also

I have being using Lime Crime lippys for a while now, they were recommended to me from a friend. I have Great Pink Planet which is a baby pink, Airborne Unicorn which is a darkish lilac-y purple, (i have fair skin so it may not be as dark on someone with more olive skin) and Countessa Flourescent which is a bright pink. What i love about these lipsticks is the nice creamy formula and they stay on and do not dry out your lips like some lipsticks can. The colours are great and they have something different for everyone from orange to pink to black! Also i love the unicorn packaging, it adds something special. And best of all they are a vegan product so no nasty testing on our fury friends which is a big big plus for me! They price from between $24-$32 depending on where you source them from, i have seen them a little cheaper on Ebay thou. Overall 2 thumbs up from me!!

I only own one Lime Crime lippy but can't wait to buy so many more! I have 'Airborne Unicorn' - a bright lilac colour. The texture is so creamy, the colour is highly pigmented, and long lasting! So many gorgeous colours to choose from, cute packaging, well worth purchasing!

I recently purchased my first Lime Crime lippie, Poisonberry, quickly followed by my second, D'lilac.. I now have a new addiction and I cant wait to own them all. Poisonberry is a dark berry purple, loaded with pigment and the perfect colour for winter! I had so many compliments as soon as I had it on. D'lilac is a beautiful pale and extremely creamy lilac, it's like heaven on your lips! Love Love Love!!

I only own one Lime Crime lipstick but I would love to have more. The one I have, Coquette, is such a gorgeous colour! It also is creamy, long lasting and doesn't dry out my lips. Would definitely want to buy more!

Wow what a pigmented amazingly powerful lippy. Its very creamy and glides on with ease.

It stayed on for awhile even though I ate and drunk and needed no touchups.

Will definitely be trying more of their range

I recently purchased two Lime Crime lipsticks. I am so in love with them. The colours are so opaque, you only need one swipe, and you have a beautiful, rich, and vibrant colour. I find them a little harder to apply, compared to the NYX round lipsticks, but this means you get a perfect line, without the need for lip liner, and no bleeding. The wear is amazing, I apply in the morning and I have no need to touch up, it's not as creamy looking as when I first put it on, but I find it dries to an almost matte look after about half a day, this could also be because I need to take better care of my lips and keep them moisturised. I highly recommend you add these lipsticks to your collection.

I purchased the Lime crime Babette off makeup.co.nz and I cannot wait to purchase some more colours!!! It is nice and creamy when applied, and i love how vibrant the colour is on me. Overall, fantastic purchase, i cannot wait to buy some different colours and try the velvetines!

Have fully jumped on the Lime Crime bandwagon. After loving the velvetine range, I decided to give the Opaque a try and purchased Geradium and I must say I am very impressed. I was starting to give up on lipstick as they all wear off, smudge or just don't look right on me. Not anymore. I LOVED the pigmented formula and it was so creamy and easy to apply. The color is super beautiful and vibrant, I will definitely be purchasing more in the range. It did wear off after a while and doesn't have the staying power that velvetine range does but it's definitely easier to apply/remove. Would highly recommend.
