I thought my skin was ready for a hydrating foundation but this just looked shiny and greasy on me. I gave it to my mum to try to see how it performed on drier skin than mine but she hated how it made her wrinkles look.
The consistency is very runny even after the recommended shaking but it means a little bit goes a long way.
It smells like sunscreen but that fades very quickly.
I thought the medium coverage was good but I don't think the 24 hour wear claim stands up as I noticed some wearing off after 8 hours.
So unless you have very dry skin or like looking really dewy I would steer clear.
The packaging of this foundation is attractive and easy to handle. The foundation came out of the tube nicely but was a thinner consistency than I was expecting.
I applied the foundation with a foundation brush, but did find I had to switch to a beauty blender as the thinness of the product was more easily applied in this method.
I achieved good coverage, especially in problem areas such as red cheeks and darker under eyes. I was left with a glowing, natural look that I really loved. The foundation felt light on my skin and it didn't look thick or oily.
After a few hours I did find I had to blot as the foundation started to go a little bit oily in certain areas. But once blotted it looked great again, and lasted all night.
Overall I was happy with the Pro-Glow foundation and would use it again without a doubt.
Tips: I found that this foundation went on much smoother with a beauty blender or makeup sponge, as apposed to a foundation brush. This provides a much nicer finish.
