Maybelline Volum' Express the Colossal Review

I was given this in a gift pack I won. Having already been a Maybelline mascara fan I was keen to use it.

Love the bright yellow mascara with purple shimmery print, its attractively packaged and really catches the eye and being bright yellow is easy to spot in your purse or makeup bag.

I find this mascara great for every day use. Gives a lovely thick coverage but I need to sweep it onto my lashes about 3 times - not once as advertised.

I don't find it gives me any extra length but that doesn't bother me as my lashes are long naturally.

I find this mascara really easy remove just with a face wash and it doesn't leave black marks.

Would definitely purchase this mascara

I have purchased this particular mascara a few times now, It lasts forever, It gives a nice and thick lash appearance. The packaging really stands out, and bright colours make me impulse buy. I have not found it to clump or dry out and you can apply with ease, also rubs off easily if you accidentally knock your face with the brush. It is also really affordable, I am happy with this mascara and would recommend it to others without hesitation.

I am totally obsessed with Maybelline Volume Express Colossal lashes mascara!! I don't wear alot of makeup usually but always have mascara on and wow what a difference this product makes! My lashes double in size and I have had many compliments on my lashes and it's thanks to this. I love the bright yellow container it comes in too because it makes it easier to stand out in my makeup bag. The smell is of no big deal to me because it's very faint. I love it more because it's the only one I have tried that doesn't clump and that in a mascara is number one concern!

A lot of people really love this mascara but its not really for me! I already have long eyelashes so when I used this product they went TOO long if that's possible.I also found that it clumped my eyelashes together and I prefer the more natural look with mascara - I like it too look as if I'm not wearing much. So I don't recommend if you prefer the more natural look but this would be fabulous for lengthening and thickening!

Definitely love this mascara. Love the cute yellow packaging and also like that this mascara doesn't clump, alot of mascaras that I have tried I do have that problem with them. I also adore the wand it makes it really easy to apply the mascara which is always a plus. Both this mascara and the falsies mascara are in my good books. Maybelline has definitely done a very good job with this product.

I've had this mascara for a few weeks now and to be honest I've fallen in love with it. The brush is fantastic and the product glides on so smoothly it's hard to find a fault. I'm bright yellow packaging you won't lose it in your makeup bag, it screws and unscrews easily and application is a breeze. My only problem is the first few times my eyes got a bit irritated with use but that's settled down. Fantastic dark colour and application felt 10x better than anything else I've used. It stays well and no panda eyes for me at the end of the day which is good! (Has replaced lash stiletto as my #1)

I love this mascara , it is my go to when I am in a rush and makes my eyelashes look amazing ! It doesn't smudge and is so easy to come off at the end of the day too - would definitely recommend

I have very short lashes and struggle to find mascara that makes them pop, this mascara does what it says and definitely makes my lashes look longer, it stays on very good too

Whenever I have finished applying my makeup and just have my mascara left to do, I always find myself looking at my collection and never knowing what one I want to use. I have used many good mascaras and also many bad; and I always find myself coming back to this trusty mascara and here's why. While I have decent length lashes I have found that in the last few years since trying soooo many different brands, some have damaged my lashes. All the testing and curling have caused them to grow sparse and annoy me alot! The colossal mascara has worked wonders! It not only gives me the look I desire, but it doesnt damage my lashes one bit. It lengthens to the next level and gives you that open eyed looked that everyone desires. A++ for this product :)

My gawd this mascara makes your lashes look so much thicker! It certainly does give your lashes way more volume, maybe not quite 9 times though, like the ads claimed. I really love the brush and how it coats each individual eye lash.
