Colours are thick and creamy, however they are difficult to match to skin tones unless you get very lucky. I think this wee palette is trying to achieve too much, NYX would have been better off to stick to either concealing, correcting or contouring as I wouldn't suggest using this palette for all of the above.
Tips: Definitely use various brushes depending on what you want to do, I would suggest using this as a dark contour only or under foundation corrector.
