So I purchased this eyebrow pencil when I was away and didn’t take any makeup with me, earlier this year. I really like it. I don’t colour the skin under my brow hairs, I only colour the actual hairs, so usually I prefer the ones that are like a mascara for your brows. I USUALLY find eye brow pencils awful, the colour kind of chips of the pencil with the softer ones, when I run it over my brow hairs, and other ones just leave my eyes looking too dark and defined for me. However, this fibre brow pencil is fabulous. I can actually colour ny brows gently, not bits chips off as the pencil is hard enough but also soft enough that the colour does actually colour my brow hairs (some are very light coloured hairs so look really silly if not coloured). I am really happy with this eyebrow pencil and give it full marks for me! Does is do what it said it would do, well I’m not sure if it would fill in brows as everyone would want as I don’t use it this way. Someone else will need to rate that side of it :).
