The reason I haven’t given this beautiful moisturiser 5 stars is because it broke me out terribly but that was mainly due to the fact I have oily skin and stupidly bought the one for dry skin t to use as a night cream. The texture is thick and feels gorgeous on the skin. It takes about a minute to absorb but leaves the skin feeling smooth and supple. The jar is heavy frosted glass and although it is thick glass it still not may be the best product to travel with. The cream has a beautiful scent that is diminished once it’s on the skin. I ended up giving mine to a friend with dry skin and she loved it but if you’re oily or even combination this is definitely not for you. I’m definitely going to try the one for oily/ combination skin but as it is so expensive I may get a sample at the Clarins counter first.
