Cetaphil Moisturising Cream

I have very sensitive skin and for years struggled with products that would suit it until a dermatologist recommended this to me, having thought cetaphil was for acne I didn't try it. Obviously I was wrong and naive. The formula is lovely and thick and really keeps the moisture in my skin without making it oily or cause pimples. I uses it twice a day on my face and anywhere else on my body that needs it. I don't 100 % recommend it on eczema by itself but it does help and prevents it from occurring in the first place. Scent wise there is not a lot there, its a very plain moisturizer. You only need a very small amount a tub last e 6-8 months so although the initial investment may be over whelming it works put super cheap in the long run.

I haven't used this myself, but used it on my daughters. Both daughters have eczema and I had a really hard time managing it. I went to a dermatologist recommended cetaphil to me. I brought this and the moisterizing wash.

Both my girls eczema started clearing up after a couple of days use. I've been using it for about 6months now and my girls haven't had any eczema flare ups. It's nice and thick and absorbs quickly. It doesn't really have a smell so that's good, as fragrance tends to aggregate their skin. Very pleased with the results. It is a bit expensive (for me anyway) but well worth it if you have sensitive skin or any skin problems. It is actually worth the money you spend because all the family can use it (even babies). I'm never using anything else on my children.

When I first started using Cetaphil Moisturising Cream, I was surprised at how thick it was. I had changed to it as the light moisturising lotion by another brand I had been using just wasn't cutting it for my dry skin. Within 2 days, the dry, peeling patches on my face were gone and my face was feeling smoothe and lovely again. It does feel quite sticky for a while after putting it on, but the results definitely far outweigh that.

I was introduced to this from a friend who suffers from eczema (and he has it bad). This stuff is amazing especially if you have sensitive skin and or skin issues like eczema .

I am allergic to serveral things and when I exposed to them (this often happens with cross contamination) I break out in hives, my skin gets sensitive and I am generally the crankyest person on the planet.

No while this doesn't fix my mood (chocolate does) it fixes my skin. It is like superfood for your skin and if you have thirsty skin this is for you! I do not use this everyday - I use it when my skin is freaking out because it is gentle and works. I am a huge fan of sweet smelling moisturizers except when my skin is flaring up so this is perfect because it has no fragrance and is fast obsorbing (if your skin is super dry it does take a tad longer to obsorb but it is worth the wait)

I think thr product is very resonably priced for what it is and should be a bathroom staple if you also experience skin issues or just want an amazing moisturiser without fragrance.

I had a really bad reaction to a face wash once that left my skin burnt, dry, flaky and straight up disgusting. I tried everything to get it back to its normal self and the only thing that worked was this cetaphil moisturiser! After ONE application my skin was feeling so much softer and by the second time I used it there was no trace of the bad reaction and my skin was feeling softer than ever. Since using it (in conjunction with the cetaphil face wash) my skin has been the best its ever been! My face always feels so great after using this and you only need the tiniest amount to cover your whole face so its really cost effective to as it lasts for ages!

I absolutely swear by cetaphil products after my dermatologist recommended them. This is a fantastic, intensive moisturiser cream for those really dry areas. It has a very thick consistency, not as solid as body butter but definitely thicker than other moisturisers I have come across. It is great that it comes in a tub, as you can just scopp up as much as you like in your hand, and apply quite thickly when skin is agitated. It applies easily and has a very smooth consistency despite its thickness. If you apply to much it will not all rub in, but it can be good to leave some residue on the surface of your skin to soak in if it is really dry or agitated. I often used this on my back or legs, as they tend to get dry and itchy in the evenings, especially when the seasons are changing. It has an instant soothing effect, and does not have any stinging like some fragranced or flavoured moisturisers can. Cetaphil is a great, no frills, inexpensive brand that does the trick every time!

This moisturiser is awesome! I use it daily as a night moisturiser, it goes on well and is super moisturising. Great for when you skin is a bit dry or agitated. Doesn't make your skin greasy, and always makes a big difference to the way I look in the morning! Probably too thick for a day moisturiser, unless you had really really dry skin. But it does soak into your skin well so you could probably stretch it to day as well.

As a bonus, it's also relatively inexpesnive! I've spent a fortune on expensive night creams from high end brands, and can swear that this works just as well!

I really loved this moisturizer , for some reason my skin went crazy and started to leave dry patches and didn't look that good when i put make up on. So i did some research and decided to just wash my face with warm water and put quite alot of cetaphil on. This really did help i am really thankful for cetaphil making this product. Whats even better for me is that i know its not full of harsh chemicals that won't affect my skin. My skin type was combo and it switched to sensitive before using this but i feel that this product really made a difference to my skin!

I like experimenting on skin care and I am a skin care junkie. But whenever I react to skin care products or whenever I get skin allergies, Cetaphil always comes to my rescue. I have been using this since I was in my teens. My dermatologist prescribed it along with the cleanser to clear up my problematic skin and among all the treatments I tried it was Cetaphil that cleared up my skin. The cream's consistency is thick but it does not feel heavy on the skin and can be applied smoothly. I have combination skin, most creams are either too heavy for me which makes my skin shiny all day long, or does not moisturize enough and I end up with patches of dry skin but Cetaphil is good at moisturizing without being too heavy on the skin. It is fragrance and irritant free which makes it perfect for sensitive skin, I love how it's so gentle! I am currently using the Cetaphil line right now while I am healing from nasty allergies, and I am happy to say my skin has been saved yet again by Cetaphil.
