I was lucky enough to be chosen to do a Save or Splurge when I was a SuperHero here on BR. One of the palettes I picked up was this Becca Ombre Rouge Palette from Beauty Bliss. At the time I was actually having a clear out of eyeshadow so I wasn’t 100% sure that I would keep this once the review was over, but I’m certainly sure I’m going to keep it now!
The Becca palette arrived in a cute wee box, and had a instruction booklet on looks you could do with it. Its packaging felt sturdy with a mirror in the lid. The brown outer packaging has a sort of oily look to it which is quite beautiful.
I started using the Becca eyeshadow palette straight away. The shades are beautiful and all come together to make so many beautiful looks. I feel like the red tone shades really make my blue eyes stand out and they are so different than any other shades I own. They are really buttery, pigmented, and a dream to blend. The thing I found most miraculous about these shadows is how long they lasted! I couldn’t believe when I got home from work one day to find my eyeshadow looked just as good as when I applied it. My eyelids usually eat up eyeshadow and it is a creased mess at the end of the day even with primer. I really adore these shadows and would recommend them to anyone. I’m really excited to try more Becca products and will definitely be splurging in the future.
I bought this palette on recommendation from Hello October on YouTube and I am obsessed. The colours that this palette offers are my favs to wear on a daily basis. They are also super pigmented, so you don't need much. I would recommend this to anyone who loves a bronzy or dark purple look. I could not recommend Becca cosmetics more!
