A sign that I'm getting old: My skin does not only love this product, but it needs it.
Since hitting 35 my skin has gone from combination/oily to combination/dry and I've definitely noticed that tight, dry feeling coming into play at the end of the day. Especially this winter. Which is why I was so glad to receive this product in a OnceIt lucky dip!
Initially I was a bit 'blah' about it as the packaging is quite boring, but then I tried it. And WOW. They recommend you apply a mask and leave for about 15 minutes then tissue off, or you can leave it on overnight. Well I'm too lazy to wipe on then wipe off 10 minutes later, so I've always used this as an overnight mask and the results are gorgeous!
It isn't too thick on application, often I've delved into the tube for another good blob before I've felt like my face isn't quite 'masked' enough. It seems to initially sit on the skin, rather than sink in, but it doesn't stain your bedsheets and by the next day it's well and truly infused. (Phew. I hate unnecessary washing!) After a night of sweet dreams I wash it off in the shower whilst cleansing and this is when I've noticed the difference. My skin is SO soft the day after applying Art A Face. Like, baby bum soft! And it feels moisturised and plump and pretty!
The only downside to this product is that it smells a heck of a lot - and not in a good way. But don't let that put you off - if you're looking for a moisturising night mask, either wait for a OnceIt sale (where I've seen this for about half the RRP) or splash out NOW and infuse your skin with deliciously restorative hydration!
