This decent sized 20 ml clear green dropper bottle of facial oil comes in an extremely generous sized package thats almost twice it’s size. But.. did it really need such a big box?
Anyways, the skin on my nose has started peeling again.. which i think must be due to the windy, cool season, as it’s been a while since i’ve had it. And the usual exfoliation and night creams just didn’t work as quickly as i hoped it would. I suddenly remembered my collection of facial oils i have yet to try, so decided to give this facial oil a go.
And my oh my... What a pleasant surprise! What a delicious smelling oil this is. Totally my cup of tea. I wouldn’t mind having this scent all over me. The facial oil had a lovely hint of yummy sweetness to it. And yes it brought up my bad habit. I just couldn’t stop sniffing my hands afterwards, where i would try to sniff out the possible ingredients (but never gets them right) mmm...
Then of course i had to check out what was in the bottle, which to my less surprise found sunflower seed oil, evening primrose oil, blackcurrant seed oil, and ballon vine extract at the top of the list. Oh yes i see ‘sea kale leaf extract’ lower down the ingredients list. But i must say ‘Kale nourishing facial oil’ does sound more appealing than sunflower seed oil with kale. Nevertheless, i thoroughly enjoyed the subtle sweet scent of deliciousness, and the lovely texture of the facial oil on my face. My skin felt soft and nourished. The oil keeps my face hydrated overnight, and the flaky, peeling skin on my nose has started to show signs of improvement.
The dropper itself is a decent size, so a couple of drops gives you plenty to work with. Love how it has a reminder 12 month use by date on the bottle.
Definitely a product worth coming back to in the future. It’s affordable. It’s a great product from Essano. It’s nice to use something different other than rosehip oil for a change. But now i’m more than excited to try their turmeric facial oil, which i hope will be just as good.
