Maybelline Color Sensational The Loaded Bolds Lipstick Review

This is a really lovely lipstick. My first impression is that fact that is smells so good. Has a real chocolatey smell which is really lovely. The colour is quite intense too, but unfortunately the colour I chose (online) was a little too brown for me. I'd definitely buy this in another colour. It feels more like a cream and I love the way it has a matt finish. I'll definitely on the look out for other colours to try!

I bought one of these lipsticks not long after they came out, the color was gorgeous, but it feathered so badly on my lips. I even tried using a lip liner, it didn't work. I would repurchase because the colors are gorgeous, but there are others I prefer.

I love this red colour so much. It perfects my overall look even though I am only wearing minimal makeup on my face. I love the packaging aswell since it looks high end. It is affordable too and can be easily accessed in pharmacies and even in supermarkets. I also love how this lipstick does not feel dry on my lips. The only thing I do not like about this lipstick is that it is not transfer proof so you really need to keep on retouching your lips.

Nude thrills is a lovely brown/ nude shade which go with just about anything. I recieved this from a friend as a birthday present. I'm not overly a fan of lipsticks as I get chronically dry lips and lipsticks tend to make them worse.

The formula is exceptionally creamy for a lipstick this can cause it to smear easily if you go heavy handed. A good Lipliner definitely helps with this. It's incredibly pigmented. They don't lie, one stroke is all you need for a rich colour payoff. As far as lipsticks go it's okay. I like that it doesn't make my lips drier or emphasise lines but I still prefer lipglosses.

Have this in 530 fatal red. I only still use it because I love the colour so much.

I find it goes on nice but it smears really easily. If you dont check it you can end up looking a bit clownish. Definitely not the look I like to go for.

I would only really recommend this lipstick on its beautiful colours.

I picked up this lipstick because I love lipsticks . Their my most complimented thing when I wear make up. I can easily find Maybelline anywhere and I love that.

Packaging comes in this dark coloured container with swivel silver casing . Nothing screams luxury but still durable. The colour I chose is Orange Danger . I went for a bright bold colour . Consistency is creamy and smooth. I don’t detect any scent at all. It’s easy to apply . Definitely pre scrub any dead skin as this does dry down slightly. Be careful of transfer on to lips.

I was surprised at the colour pay off is good. It does wear off with eating and drinking though. It doesn’t bother me as most creamy lipsticks do that . It’s priced fairly. I would like to collect more colours from this range. Would be a good addition to a gift for a friend or family member.
