Like the tools that come with this eye brow kit I've seen a kit like this with tweezers in it before too. I find Revlon make pretty good tools for beauty I once got a blending brush from them and it was so soft n sturdy. This brow kit isn't really impressive for the price though it's nearly 30 dollars. The white stuff is a gel type wax to help the powder adhere to the eye brows. If you don't get the ratio right it looks clumpy or cakey it's not bad though. You get one brow powder. You do not get a highlighter. The tools are tiny in this kit but handy to fit in the compact. Overall. Not bad but expensive.
