I have been using this foundation for years and can not find anything else that comes close. It is such amazing quality, applies absolutely flawlessly, provides great coverage yet doesn’t feel cakey and is so long lasting! I can apply this at 6am and it still looks perfect at 9pm when I go to wash it off. I’m constantly complimented on my make up and skin when wearing this foundation. While it is at a higher price point it is worth every cent. I will never buy anything else!!!

Double Wear-Still the best in the business
I have been using this foundation for years and when looking to purchase a foundation/tinted moisturiser for my youngest daughter I was really happy when the experienced makeup artist who works with all brands says this is her go to hands down. Texture, coverage and range of colours is fantstic. Do not love the packaging, that could do with a revamp, lots of wated product at the bottomw of the bottle which is a shame.
Tips: Mix with moisteriser if the texture is too heavy. Dap on problem areas for a concealer effect.

After all the years yet to find anything better
Estee lauder and Clinique are my favorite foundations hands down and worth the price point..(I believe the companies are related)
This is the only make up that i have ever tried that remains at the end of the day. There isn't a full face left but there's usually nothing. So for me that's a huge plus.
There is no scent which I like as find some foundations smell strange and bothers me all day
Not a huge fan of the glass bottle, have broken a brand new one before which was heart breaking given the cost. Also for general use it's hard to use. There is a pump you can purchase but it's pretty pricey
Over all a huge staple and everytime I try another product I'm drawn back as this is superior foundation. I try and time with the gifts with purchase promotions
Tips: Ensure you have a great product to remove it in the evening ie a cleansing oil or something designed for water proof make up. Double cleansing after would also be my recommendation

Flawless and full coverage!
This is definitely a full coverage, buildable foundation that is beautifully formulated and easy to blend. Ensuring that you’re starting it with a good hydrating moisturizer and a good primer is key!

Best of the best
I have been using EL DW for about 18 months now and can honestly say I don't think I will ever try anything else! I have a very oily T zone and dry cheeks and forehead so I have always struggled to find the right foundation for my combination skin. Previous foundations I have used have either accentuated dry spots on my cheeks, transferred too easily or ended up an oil slick on my face after 2 hours. I use DW Mon-Fri for work and also on weekends if I am going out etc and I find it so light on my face, it doesn't feel cakey or uncomfortable yet it gives such a flawless medium-full coverage look. I don't worry about it oxidising or having to touch up during the day and I can genuinely say It still looks just as good at 6pm as it did when first applied at 6am. I initially got this in shade Ecru which was just slightly too neutral for me so I ended up buying Porcelain and Sand and I mix the 3 together to create my perfect shade! I use a hydrating primer, followed by concealer, DW using a beauty blender, set with powder and then I finish with a setting spray to dull down the powdered look and give a softer, more glowy look.
Tips: Use a good quality primer Apply using a damp beauty blender

It is all day wear for sure!
I put tis on at 7am and come home at 7.30 some days and, even without touch up, it still looks great! And a huge range of shades to match perfectly!
Tips: I have dry to combination skin, so have to make sure to moisturize pretty heavily before putting this one, as it can cling to dry patches.

Sheer Magic
I adore everything about this foundation except the price. But I have to say it's most definitely worth it.
My first experience with this it had been custom mixed at a promotion to match my skin tone and because of my age, the MUA took this approach coz every young woman needs a strong foundation that can take her from work all the way to the club with minimal touch ups.
That sounded like a dream and I did not believe them what-so-ever. Thank god it was a free sample.
Ladies, let me tell you "Double Wear" is not a marketing trick. In summer, this was the only foundation that didn't melt off. It doesn't feel thick or cakey when its applied. and touch ups? Forget them. It doesn't split or crack or give you a horriffic surprise when you next see your reflection.
This is honestly a bottle of magic. Estee Lauder have absolutly nailed it with this formula, especially the range of skin tones. I adore the matte finish. This is the kind of product that is worth paying extra for, even if you don't typically spend alot on makeup. It's an investment that pays truly pays off.
Tips: I'm not sure if its just my skin but I always found this applied much nicer when using a damp beauty blender. You still get an amazing finish with your hands or a brush, but the BB makes it next level.

Get that full coverage you need!
Love this foundation. So many shades for all skin tones ( it can be a little confusing to find a shade but once you do it’s worth it). You can get a great coverage without it feeling thick and heavy. Smooth even completion and easy to blend! It’s definitely m a star product for me.
Tips: Use a damp beauty blender or a damp dense brush to get a smooth application and let it set down a bit befor lightly dusting with you’re favourite setting powder ( not to much as it sets pretty well!)

I have only recently started using foundation as I prefer a more natural looking skin. So I tried Estée Lauders Double Wear, and as I have found all of this brands products, it is really nice & worth the cost. I’m happy to spend a little more if it makes me feel good. This foundation is so light & natural without clumping into your pores that I have continued to purchase it. I’ve found it’s not so easy to find a good foundation so have stuck with this one.
