Until I was wrongly colour matched... what a nightmare! But back to the chemist I went and got rightly colour matched! And WOW. Flawless skin is such a treat - except when you don't have a decent exfoliator to remove the product at the end of the day... nightmare #2, breakout! Once I had the cleansing routine sorted for the DW, I was on a roll! Until my 14 day tester ran out! I'm just not entirely sure I can justify spending that amount on a foundation...

Estee Lauder DW
This foundation is my holy grail. I have the oilest skin possible and work a hectic job so im consistantly perspiring and this foundation stays in place ALLLLL day with none of that slip and slide going on
Tips: I find application is best with a damp beauty blender, and to do one side of my face first as it can set/dry fairly quickly

Worth the money!
I pondered over buying this product for a VERY long time, I borrowed some when a friend had it and instantly fell in love. I'm a matte girl so of course I'm extremely happy with how this foundation sets, It builds well for full coverage and doesn't look 'cakey.'
A little goes a LONG WAY!
Tips: Apply with a flat top kabuki brush and finish with Esteè Lauder pressed powder for an even more flawless finish!

Doublewear is pretty meh
This foundation was great for covering my face, theres one positive. Even the lightest layer of this foundation looked cakey on my face and even though it did what it said, I didn't like the caked, matte finish
Tips: Add a BB cream to it to dull it down a bit and to make it a bit more dewey

All Day Long
This is one of the best foundations that I have used. Definately lasts all day, most other foundations are gone by lunch time.

The One
Double wear definitely makes it into my top 5 favourite foundations (ok I'm a foundation hoarder) it's not my number one but it's definitely worth every cent! I really found that it was severely over hyped though, it's a beautiful foundation with great coverage but you do require a good primer and great application technique to make it work perfectly on your skin. I never reach for DW when I'm in a rush! However I love the slightly matte finish it gives my skin when I get it just right. It has good staying power when powdered down, even though I am fairly oily. I also find it very reasonably priced now EL dropped the prices!

My holy grail foundation
I have tried many foundations for my oily skin and this is the only one that lasts through my 8 hour working day. I always prime before using it as I notice a difference if I don't and application definitely makes a difference; this foundation and the real techniques buffing brush make my skin look flawless and I haven't used anything else since discovering this little combo.
Tips: I mix shades to get the right colour if I can't find one that works for me.

I found this foundation very good for full coverage, I did find I had to reapply powder after around 5-6hours because it started to look a little oily, but other than that totally recommend it, I'm very active teaching dance classes and found it does stay in place through the duration of my day.
Tips: Make sure your well moisturised before you apple double wear to ensure it sits nicely without cracking and moving.
