L'Oreal Age Perfect Intense Nutrition Neck and Décolletage Cream Review

This lovely L'Oreal product comes in a simple tube with classy brown and gold branding.

It is a squeeze tube with a small aperture for the product to release from. It released in a thin line.

My first thought on squeezing the product form the tube was what a divine scent it has - soft and sweet. At the same noting what a lovely feel the creamy yellow cream has on my skin.

The instructions say to apply as needed, whenever your skin needs extra care and nourishment. My neck and decolletage need extra care and nourishment all the time as those areas of my skin are quite dry. So I've been applying twice - thrice per day after cleansing, ensuring a generous amount is applied prior to going to bed. The product claims that immediately skin feels intensely nourished and instantly smoothed. I don't know so much about smoothed, but it does feel intensely nourished. Then at the end of the day it will feel nourished, replumped and more radiant. I would agree with that. I like the way the product absorbs quickly into my skin and leaves a soft, nourished feel that lasts overnight. Then, in 4 weeks it will feel smoother, firmer, and the barrier's function will be restored, and fine lines and wrinkles are reduced. Well, after two weeks my skin is more nourished and smoother. I still have lines that I'd love not to see, but the product has been good so far so maybe some of those signs will be evident after 4 weeks. I have an extra tube I got from the vault, and I fully intent to keep religiously using the product as long as I can.

The product is around $44 for a 40 ml tube, but well worth it if the results continue and improve until the end of the tube. So far a very good product in my opinion and well worth trying.

Since trying out L'Oreals Intense Nutrition range I have become a big fan. I kid you not, that friends ask what I am using on my skin as it glows. In fact they too now buy this range with rave reviews on its efficacy. The Manuka Honey Neck and Decolletage Cream has the same great absorption leaving a non greasy finish ,super smooth skin, and a gentle non invasive fragrance. I only gave it 4 stars because in a two week trial it would be a miracle to have a stunning effect but ask me again in a month and I'm sure it would be a 5.

I received this product as part of a trial team and have been using it for 2 weeks. Overall I am pleased with the cream and plan on keeping on with it to see if the benefits continue. The cream is easily dispensed out of the tube, and I generally used about a pea sized portion onto my finger or back of hand then onto a cleansed neck and decolletage (also a bit onto dry spots on my face). The scent is gentle and pleasant, and the cream absorbs quickly, leaving the area nourished, soft and slightly dewy. I used once or twice a day. The lines on my neck have smoothed out a bit and skin looks a little tighter. I think it needs more time for me to assess the full benefits, but it's looking pretty positive at the moment, for my mid 50s dry skin. One issue I do have with the otherwise attractive packaging is the small writing. For a product targeting the 60+ age group a larger font would be good. So yes I'd probably recommend this product to those concerned about these areas.

Packaging is attractive antique gold in colour with honey comb type pattern, the tube with its nozzle is plastic and squeezable with a screw top lid.

The thick lotion is a buttery cream in colour and texture with a soapy floral fragrance. If I sniff it hard enough and I’m looking for the honey maybe I can detect a small amount of Manuka honey in the scent, it’s is nice and fresh it’s not strong and fades quickly. A small broad bean size is enough to do my neck and décolletage (and my neck long) this melts into my skin on contact no sitting on top or waiting just melts on in yusssss into the lines, leaving no sticky residue thank goodness. From the first application my skin feels nice and soft and hydrated. I haven’t noticed any difference in lines I have two neck crease lines. Possibly my neck skin is a little more plumper well not so crinkle like in texture sob as that does come with age. This is nice and moisturising I’ve even had a wee venture over my face, so I’m feeling it’s a good multitasking cream.

Twice a day after cleansing I’ve been using this and I’m excited to see if the skin has changed much after using it for four weeks. There is a bit of improvement after two weeks so fingers crossed it will keep working its magic. It says more supple and firmer skin once the skins barrier is restored. So far it’s doing just as good a job as some of the more expensive creams I’ve tried.

I love body part specific creams and lotions. For example there are eye creams, do you all remember the breast cream? Now there is this beautiful neck and decolletage cream.

The packaging is a gorgeous golden browny coloured box and inside there is an equally gorgeous 40ml tube.

The tube is a soft plastic so the cream dispenses easily. The cream is a lovely golden colour, everything about the packaging, the tube and the cream reminds me of manuka honey. There is a soft manuka scent to this cream that is very pleasent.

The cream is a beautiful colour, rich golden creamy, pale yellow. It goes onto your freshly cleansed and toned face and decolletage areas beautifully. It really just glides on and sinks into your skin and there is no greasy residue. You will do this twice daily and in within a couple of weeks you will notice your skin is feeling smoother and softer. I am sure with further use those nasty fine lines will start to dissappear.

This is a product I will repurchase as I am very happy with the results.

A thickish yellow colour cream smelling like honey, so delicious and moisturising, simply loved it and it loved my skin. It hydrated my neck and it felt so soft. It smelt like honey as well.

L'Oreal Age Perfect Intense Nutrition Manuka Honey Neck & Décolletage Cream is targeted at mature and dry skin types, plus anyone with extra-dry zones, as it intensely nourishes, repairs and soothes very dry skin.

Packaged in a slender bronze 40ml squeeze tube, the pale yellow cream has a delightfully sweet honey scent, and true to its promise, it does hydrate intensely without being at all greasy.

This multi-purpose cream can be applied as needed whenever your skin needs extra care and nourishment, wherever it needs it, be it on extra dry elbows, hands, neck, décolletage or body. Once applied, my skin feels intensely nourished and instantly hydrated and soothed. When used on my décolletage, fine lines are instantly plumped out and become less noticeable, and the skin looks more radiant.

I've also used this as an intensive hand cream at night (before climbing into bed) on days when my hands have taken a beating with being scrubbed multiple times between client appointments. Dry, cracked hands are instantly soothed, and by morning they look and feel a whole lot better.

At roughly $1 per 1ml, this cream is quite expensive, but a little goes a long way, and it does live up to its promises of nourishing, soothing and hydrating really dry skin. I do recommend it, and will repurchase it when I find it on special.

Having always just used a little extra of my facial moisturisers around my nack and upper chest it seemed a real luxury (and almost a little decadent) to be using this dedicated product. I can certainly notice a different , more silky, feel to my skin. Although I am in my eighties I have, so far, not been troubled with the dreaded scrawny "chicken neck" - possibly due to carrying just a little bit more weight than i'd like - so I don't feel I can comment about any major wrinkle reducing effect. I did test its efficacy dry skin on one arm - within a very short while that area felt quite perceptibly more silky and moist than my other arm. Whilst, for budget reasons, I would normally rely on more inexpensive body creams or lotions to deal with skin dryness issues, I would certainly recommend this product for those "special pampering" times. .

Well who doesn't like a nice neck and Décolletage and yet who takes special care of it?

I think L'Oreal is onto a winner with this. The product comes in a good size tube which I personally liked as you're not faffing around sticking fingers in pots.. The consistency is what I would expect with a night cream so thicker than a day cream but it came out of the tube easily.

I really loved the fragrance which was subtle and not overpowering. I've been using the product for two weeks now and i've seen a noticeable difference in the firmness and suppleness of my skin.

The good thing about this product is that it is super versatile. I've also been using it on those pesky dry patches it's easy to forget about like your elbows and also on my hands.

It's now a habit that i'm using it daily and i'll repurchase for sure when is runs out.

I received this cream in the vault, was interested to try it having used other products in this range. The cream comes in an attractive copper and gold tube, reasonable amount, 40ml. Easy to dispense nozzle and the cream is not too thick, a pale beige color. It has a distinct floral smell which could clash with some perfumes, although not too overpowering. The cream is silky smooth to apply, slightly sticky at first but sinks into the skin after a few minutes. I used it on my neck and decolletage and found the skin was very hydrated after use. I also use the cream on any dry patches, elbows, hands. It's a bit pricey but I would buy on special, 40% off at Farmers at the moment. I would recommend this cream for mature women who want a special treatment for the neck area, the Manuka Honey ingredient is an added plus.
