How did we not know this? How have we been walking past this beauty brand without giving it more than a second glance? How could we have deprived our lips for so long?
What's got BR's Pixie in a flap? What indeed.
So, I recently read an article on MSN that reported one particular beauty brand sold one tube of their lip balm every second of the day and night.
You better believe I clicked on that article - who? What? And, most importantly, did I own it?
Answers?
Burt's Bees.
Burts Bees Natural Moisturising Beeswax Lip Balm.
And no. No I don't own it.
The thing is, I was floooooored. Absolutly knocked for a six. I had no idea Burt's Bees lip balm was so good! So beloved! How many times had I walked by their stand and ignored something that could well be given iconic status? Millions of times! (Okay, maybe tens of times.)
Naturally I then went to our Burt's Bees listing on Beauty Review, and there it was... a 4.7/5 rating for the tinned version of the lip balm, with reviewers saying it made their lips 'super smooth' and 'really, really refreshing'.
That's it. Sign me up. Take my money. Add me to one of the people who buy a Burt's Bees lip balm every second. I need a new car lip balm. (Tell me I'm not the only person who has balms stashed all over the show for those 'just in case' moments.) I'm in. Next time I walk past their stand I'm stopping. I'm getting one.
No, i’ve never noticed this brand before... I’m a everyday user of lip balms during my working hours, and at night before bed, as i have quite thirsty lips. I definitely need to add this to my to try list now.
