We really can not bang on about this enough, but sunscreen is so important. For us it's a number one must-apply no matter what the time of year. In summer, however, it's a re-apply situation and the higher the SPF the better. Don't hold back on the amount you use either. A good six or seven teaspoons, minimum, is required.
