Do You Like To Know What's Going On Your Skin?

Beauty consumers are becoming more and more aware about not just what they put in their bodies or what they put on their bodies, but also the ramifications of the packaging their skincare products come in. Calls for change are constantly being made, which has seen NIVEA step up to the challenge, releasing a gorgeous new 'Naturally Good' range for your face and body... and we've got our hands on some of the range for YOU to try, including NIVEA's two new Naturally Good Body Lotions!

With their focus on 100% transparency for 100% trust, NIVEA has created luscious body lotions that contain 98% naturally derived ingredients. The other 2%? They're in there for safety and stability in order to meet the highest dermatological requirements. Even better, what you see on the bottle is what you get - there are no hidden ingredients!

So what can you expect from the body lotions? The Organic Oat body lotion will leave your skin feeling beautifully nourished, and the Organic Avocado body lotion will work to hydrate skin. In both cases you'll experience 48 hour moisture that you can feel and see!

And for those of us working to reduce the packaging they use, you'll love that the bottles contain 50% less plastic than other current NIVEA packaging, AND as you use the body lotion, you can roll the bottle up - kind of like you do a toothpaste tube - allowing you to squeeze out every last bit. Even better - the packaging's recyclable!

Excited to try NIVEA's new body lotion?

Product transparency is super important so I know what's going on my skin. But I think more importantly, jargon-free product transparency. We're not all chemists, so simple everyday language is important. I've yet to find a body lotion that actually does what it says (which leads me to giving up and making that factor even worse!). I'd love to give these a try.

My skin gets so dry in winter. I'd love to try the new "Naturally Good" body lotions. I like to sound of the new packaging too (it can be so hard to get the last bit out of conventional packaging)

I am interested before investing in a product for anti aging

Yep totally all about transparency from companies, very important to know what you are putting on and in you!!

Wow, the squeeze bottle sounds very interesting, I’d give either one a go, they both sound amazing! :)

Nivea is a favourite brand, and yes, transparency is important to me, more often lately with an emphasis on more natural product ingredients.

The avocado one sounds really nice :-)

Aww... missed out on this one. But excited to see how others will think of these lotions. More products to add to my wishlist now =D

I do like to know what I am putting on my skin. I like that companies are starting to write in brackets the common name for ingredients so that we can see at a glance without having to google everything. I think it makes it easier to decide between products. I prefer using natural-based products.

22nd May, 2021

I love that companies are using ingredients that people can relate to, real names that we are familiar with e.g. oat, avocado, etc. When comparing products I know make a more informed choice on what I am putting on my skin.

Love some more hydration into my skin as it is very dry now I'm that much older.

22nd May, 2021

Although I don’t always read every single ingredient in my products I do like to know what is in them as a whole. I’m definitely more likely to purchase a product with natural ingredients as I believe they’re better for my skin long term.

100 percent. Love to know what I am putting onto my body.
