Do you know WHY exfoliating is good if you have ACNE?

I try to use a scrub once a week. I have combination oily skin which is prone to break outs so this product sounds perfect for me. I love that it's made from natural ingredients. I've used exfoliator a in the past which were too harsh for my skin (contained microbeads) which put me off using scrubs. I'd be interested to see if it improves the appearance of my acne scars.

I haven't tried this product but I do think it's important to exfoliate. My current foundation has me breaking out especially my chin area. My red pigmentated cheeks normally look better after exfoliating too.

I got this in the NZ Brands 2. I do plan to use it once I use up a couple of my other scrubs. I actually prefer chemical exfoliants and peels and mud/clay masks but I do have the Foreo Luna which does provide exfoliantion on a daily basis. So I don't use scrubs more than once a week. But I have read how amazing soft zeolite is so I looking forward to the reviews.

I've seen this brand on beauty review and instagram and have been wanting to try it out! I have SUPER oily skin the kind that make-up melts away from... I get breakouts in my T-Zone especially on my chin/forehead, I believe this is due to hormones. I love that this brand dis natural and the packaging is awesome! I use to use skinfood exfoliator but it wasn't doing the trick so i've been using a konjac sponge instead, would love to give this a go!

Once in a while I get acne. I haven't had any lately. I will sit this one out.

i love scrubs! they're fantastic for making dull tired skin look refreshed and smooth and alive again. where can we buy these? seeing i already have a scrub trial on the way i don't really think i can push my luck for another hahahahaha :P

I use a scrub everyday...perhaps it is too much but I have never had any issues and it makes my skin feel great. St ives blemish scrub is my go to and I have tried soooooo many.

I always thought an exfoliating scrub helped with acne by giving the skin a deep clean and removing dead skin and removing dirt from pores. I use a scrub once a week.

I haven't tried this but would love to. I would love to find something to help with my acne prone skin (mainly round my chin)

I use an exfoliant maybe once a week, maybe its not the right one? Ive the good old adult acne argghhhh Ive tried a couple of different ones but am always on the hunt for a new one :)

I have very oily skin and still suffer from breakouts, even though I'm in my late 30's! I haven't yet found an exfoliator that's perfect for my skin type. The one that I found a few years ago, that worked really well on my skin, has been discontinued and I've been on the hunt for a replacement ever since. I'd be really keen to test this one out, especially since it targets oily skin and doesn't contain any parabens (I've been trying to go paraben free for a while now).

I don't have breakouts so think this would suit those who do -Good Luck sounds like a really good product.

I haven't tried this product but would love to give it a go! I have horrible oily skin and am quite acne prone. I typically don't exfoliate because the ones I have used tend to strip my skin and just make the problem worse (looking at you St Ives). It is also quite hard to find one that is environmentally friendly. I would love to give this a go!

I use it often to clean off my make up at the end of the day. I find it gentle and non irritating and it leaves my skin looking healthy and glowing. I haven't had acne for a long time though!
