Do you always use an eyelash curler?

Ask any girl for her top makeup products and mascara is bound to be close to the top of the list.   Just a touch of mascara can open and brighten the eyes, making you look and feel like you're at least halfway human!

But how many people would rate an eyelash curler as one of their top makeup products?  For many people weilding a metal clamp near their eyes is a hurdle they'd rather not jump over.  But oh - if you take that leap you'll probably never look back - instead you'll face the world head on, with beautifully curled lashes, that look thicker and more full.

Trust us, NO mascara can accomplish alone the level of lash game that it would when paired with an eyelash curler - and you'll be pleased to know, times have moved on - they no longer look like instruments of torture!

We're going to be putting the Glam by Manicare Heated Eyelash Curler to the test.

This nifty beauty tool will accentuate your eyes and achieve dramatically curled and lifted lashes that last all day!  This heated lash curler 'has tech smart' silicone pads that heat to a warm and precise temperature to safely and gently lift and curl lashes in seconds.  The pads change colour from pink to clear, so you'll know when they're ready to use!

The curved dual silicone pads cushion and protect lashes without crimping, pulling or damaging.  You can use it to curl natural and false lashes.  This handy gadget is powered by 2 AAA batteries*.

So if this sounds like a trial team you'd like to be a part of, why not tell us your experiences with eyelash curlers.  Do you religiously use one as part of your makeup routine?  Or maybe you've never tried one - what's stopping you?

Get chatting below and you could find yourself trialing this fabulous sounding tool and fluttering the most beautiful eyelashes of your life!

*If selected for this trial team you'll need to be sure you have a couple of AAA batteries handy!

Is love to try this eyelash curler. I am always getting them tinted to look longer and mascara hates me. Would love love this!!

I'm always battling with my eyelash curler and trying to go further down the lashes without squashing my eyelid or putting a 90 degree angle on my lashes.

I would love to try this my eye lashes don't hold curl infact looks like they get more so straightened this looks fabulous!

I’d really like to be considered for this trial, I have tried several types of curler, but they don’t seem to last too long - they always seem to bend out of shape at one end, likely the way I hold them or getting damaged in my makeup bag when travelling- but this looks like it will be a lot more robust!

It's been a long time since I used an eye lash curler, mainly because of one too many enthusiastic grabs and squeezing skin or taking out the lashes themselves. I would love to give the heated lash curler a go.

I have straight eye lashes, so eye curlers are handy along with mascara. I would love to see how a heated works for my lashes.

I have tiny, stubby eyelashes, so curling makes them look better. I try to blast them with a hairdryer (the curlers, not my lashes!) to warm them up but that means finding the hairdryer AND the curlers! And who has time for that first thing in the morning?? At least heated curlers would mean only locating one thing!

I always use an eyelash curler which always makes my lashes look fantastic... for a minute or two, the curl never holds. The end result is better than not using a curler, but I feel like better options should exist. I love that this new curler heats itself, no more hair dryer. I'd love to trial it.

I have tried the old fashioned curlers which never hold the curl for long. I’ve had my eyelashes permed and tinted which isn’t a comfortable experience but results were fantastic. Would love to try this as a simple at home solution

Have used traditional eyelash curlers and have loved them. I've had to diy the heat part,as in heat it up with my hair dryer to get a better curl. It does make a huge difference and very hard not to go without. Have never tried the automatic one and would really like to give it a go.

I haven't used one for years - because I had the unfortunate experiences of the metal one jamming and my eyelashes going kinky, lol. I'd love to get over my fear and get to a new level of lashed again.

I have used them in the past but I have to admit I find them a bit scary! My mother religiously used one and she always has the most amazing lashes. I would love to give this a go, with and without mascara!

I have used traditional eyelash curlers in the past, but find they don't hold the curl for long, so it's not really worth the effort for me. I've been wanting to try a heated curler for a while, so I'd love to try this!

My super straight lashes need this! I use a regular eyelash curler (Mecca Max) but my lashes just won't hold a curl! After 10 seconds they're straight as an arrow again. Currently the only way I manage to get some curl is with some serious layers of Too Faced's BTS mascara and furious blinking. I'd given up on the idea of beautifully curled natural-looking eyelashes for my daytime look. This tool sounds like exactly what I need!

I always use an eyelash curler but I always think it can't be doing anything good for my lashes, though they don't seem damaged. I have had my lashes lifted and that was brilliant while I had them done but it's easy to forget to redo them and curlers seem to do just as good a job. I'd love to try these heated ones, they sound much gentler than the traditional contraptions. Please b pick me.
