The Body Shop Tea Tree Skin Clearing Toner Review

Absolutely amazing

I've used tea tree oil in the past for akin ailments and was quiet excited when I discovered the tea tree range from the body shop.

It comes in a dark green bottle with a snap cap lid. I like the packaging, but have found the lid on my one wasn't very secure and would dribble product out of it when I was putting it on a cotton pad.

This product smells very strongly of tea tree so if you don't like the smell of tea tree, you will hate this product. I like the smell so it doesn't bother me and the smell doesn't linger on the skin. The toner itself is very watery in consistency and has a faint green colour. My one had a lot of sediment so make sure you shake well before use.

The toner has worked really well on my skin, I've been using it for about two weeks and every time I've seen my boyfriend he has complemented how nice my skin looks! I have oily, acne prone skin so I never get complimented on how nice my skin looks! My skin looks brighter, less red and I haven't had any cystic acne since using this product. I use this product daily after cleansing and before moisturizing. I think I paid around $23 for the bottle, which is a bit pricey but totally worth it.

Tips: May not be good for sensitive skin, will sting if you get it in cuts or your eyes!

Update: this product is reacting with my cleanser, Currently using the nutrimetics apricot cleanser and noticed that after using this cleanser the toner made my skin sting when I put it on! I alternate with a scrub so definitely ditching the cleanser
