Try filing your nails when you need to shorten or shape them. Nails should never be cut with clippers or scissors, as this causes unnecessary damage, splitting, cracks and even peeling.

Nails in need of some care!
Very happy to be on this trial. Hopefully you can see the cracking that's happening on my nails, especially thumb nails. This is just after cutting them - it's really hard to cut them straight because they're brittle so end up slightly wonky. I've always had problems with my nails, so I hope this trial helps!!
