Annoying White Heads on Eyelids

Hey, everyone!

I'm a 20-something woman who's always had an issue with white heads. When I was 16, I had to have three HUGE white heads on my eyelids lasered.

And now, years later, they're back with a vengeance. They're not very visible yet, but they're starting to show. And I say "they" because there are at least 6 of them all-in-all. I'm really worried and I don't want to have to spend a big amount of money to have them lasered off again.

Has anyone else ever experienced this? And if so, what did you to get rid of it/them? Thanks in advance!

Sounds like something you might need to see a skin specialist about :/
Best of luck.

What you describe could be milia, a buildup of dead skin that forms into hard white lumps but yes, see a doctor and get them to look at it properly.

Are you using any products on your eyelids?  eyeshadow, cleanser, moisturisier etc

Yeah sounds like milia to me.  There's different kinds of milia but can be caused by your sweat glands being blocked - you might need to look into using different eye make up/products.  I've also read it suggested that you use a very light exfoliant on your eyelids. Though that's something I'd be really careful with, given the skin around your eyes are so delicate.

I've not long been using an Arbonne eye cream and I've got 3 of them pop up near my eyes. They're soooooo annoying. I'm too scared to exfoliate that close to my eyes. Here's hoping someone has an easy solution.

I've never heard of this before sorry but they sound painful!
Oh man, that sounds rough!

Can you exfoliate with just a face cloth, perhaps?

I feel your pain. I have had these too (just once and just one) and it sucked. Luckily for me, the problem fixed itself and the white head just disappeared. Good luck sorting it out, I hope you find something that works for you.
