I could just be an impatient (bleep). But has anyone ordered directly off the Tarte.com website. I did an order there around Boxing Day and the processing time was good and then New Year's happened and then it picked up but the last I've seen. The processing was completed at Fri, January 5, 2018 at 11:34 AM ET, Secaucus, NJ, US and then nothing since then. So I'm just wondering if this is normal for those ordering from Tarte or at what point do I need to chase them up?
Another thing that I thought was funny is that the order didn't show up under my order history on my tarte account. I wrote customer service today and I'm waiting a reply.

Considering the fact it was a very big sale, so there was probably thousands of orders going out all over the show, it was the holidays, so less workers, and most of America was under a weather bomb probably delaying flights - that time frame is pretty darn good actually.
International orders from Tarte take anywhere from 10-14 business days. It arrived within that time frame with a few days to spare.

I did my first Tarte order got a couple of sets because I wanted the blushes since that's my next new makeup craze item. I found out that most of the ones in the sets are about the same color but really beautiful nude shades, but I got such a good deal with the discounts and shipping. I'll keep a couple of the blushes and gift two to someone who I know will pan it off. I definitely plan to order from Tarte in the future.
I just made my first Tarte order yesterday and got an email today to say it has shipped. Tracking number working straight away. The only thing I was confused about was why my order history didn't show up under my account straight away. But then about 10 minutes or so after it showed up. Perhaps they were having a glitch with the big volume of orders.
I'll keep you updated how long it takes though in case anyone wants to place an order with them in the future :-)
