I decided to give this a go as I spotted it on special, and being that my hair and nails were in a poorly state.
You're supposed to take 10ml of this liquid 1-2 times daily, either on it's own or with water. Either way it tastes quite fowl to me. It's a thick, very strong tasting liquid, when taken on it's own it leaves a bit of a gross film on the teeth.
Given that I really didn't enjoy taking this liquid, I did about half the bottle and the rest has been sitting idly in my fridge for the past few months.
So I took this liquid once daily, semi-consistently for a couple of weeks, maybe a bit longer. I did notice and improvement in the condition of my nails, but not in my hair and skin.
Had I taken this supplement for consistently and for a longer period of time, obviously I might have experienced better results.. But it's just so gross, I hate the sour fruit taste and the denseness of it, so I gave up on it and might pass on what's left to someone who's into this kind of thing.
