NIVEA Daily Essentials Cleansing Mousse

This firstly lasted ages and was awesome to use. No mess application and needing only a couple of pumps at a time. Was great.

Was in a mood to try something different whilst shopping for a new cleanser at the local Countdown, this took my eye as the packaging looked neat and the claims even better.

Found that it pumped out of the container really easy, and did indeed act just like a foamy mousse that was easy to glide over my face which I had dampen, the only thing was it was so light in weight that I didn't feel that it was actually penetrating my skin enough, but after rinsing my skin did feel clean and looked clear. Have just finished it up completely and even though my skin has not had a breakout or played up I still am a little unsure if I would repurchase it as it is novel but I just feel like it wasn't doing what I needed it to do, I still had a cluster of blackheads that popped up around my chin and nose. Unsure, but isn't the worse cleanser I have tried from this brand or from the supermarket so it gets a lot of points for being affordable and accessible easily.

Nivea is so easy to find in stores. I chose this cleansing mousse because I wanted to have a change from my normal cream cleansers. My skin type is dry and discoloured. Before trying this I did a patch test and it came up all clear.

This cleansing mousse comes in a clear bottle you can see this liquid in it. The labelling on this is clear to read easy to follow instructions. The consistency of this is liquid in bottle but when pumped through this bottle it comes out in a soft foam. I didn't notice a scent with this.

For my face I like to use about two to three pumps. I find this easy to massage into my skin. I have no skin irritations at all. My skin feels cleaned well if it's cleaning bare skin. I tried this with make up removal and it wasn't effective .

One bottle can last me about two months daily use. It worked in well with my other skincare products. Price wise I believe it's a fair price and affordable. I probably wouldn't repurchase it because it was very drying on my skin.

Love the nivea range, a great family product. This particular product i brought from the local supermarket for a tester. I thought the foam was soothing on my skin, nourishing and refreshing, no need for scrubbing, just gentle rubbing which is great for my delicate skin. Keeps my skin hydrated all day. I have been using the Nivea Essentials Cleansing Mousse for a few weeks now and am in an average mind set about it. I have combination skin and usually prefer a foaming cleanser that you have to work up to a lather as I find this works the best to remove makeup/dirt etc. When using the Nivea foaming facial wash I found that I really had to work the product in to get the same clean feeling I love, some areas around my nose still felt oily after use so I used 2 or 3 more pumps and that seemed to be enough to get the product to work into a decent cleansing later.

My skin felt nice and refreshed afterwards, it does an average job of removing make up so a pre make up remover would work well here.

Something i did love about this product was the ease of use, in the evenings when your tired and can't be bothered washing your face it is really easy to just pump a few pumps out, rub it around your face and rinse - much faster than a generic foaming cleaner but in saying that it doesn't have the cleansing power that a generic cleanser has.

The product does foam nicely and smells pleasant, however I think this would work better with somebody with normal skin, not normal to combination skin for which the product states it is for.

I bought Nivea Daily Essential Soothing Cleasing Mousse a few months ago. I have been using it on and off for a while until recently as I discovered this product is really amazing for my skin so I'm now using it daily.

It foams really nicely, even with little water, removers all make up and makes my skin feel clean, soft and soothed. I also like that it doesnt dry my skin out like other cleansers. I also love the typical Nivea smell. If you love Nivea you wont be disappointed. I really can recommend this for anyone. The price is also alright as you get a lot ouf of the pump bottle.

im really into multi-benefit products and this is a good one :). its quick and easy to use, spreads easily & goes a long way and leaves your skin feeling clean and soft afterwards. I wouldn't say it gives a "deep cleansing experience" just a light everyday cleanse.

I have both of these, they both smell the same a soapy fragrance, a plastic pump action bottle, that squirts out a nice soft fluffy mousse. I use a makeup remover first, then use this on a cleansing brush, in a circular motion, it's cleansing but doesn't leave my skin feeling soft. The only difference I have found between the two is the colour. It's ok for a foaming cleanser, cleans causes me no irritation and doesn't leave my skin feeling robbed of moisture. 150 mils and it does last. I think it's quite possibly made for younger skin.

NIVEA Daily Essentials Cleansing Mousse; My skin always looked and felt fresh after using this, I have combination skin so it really made a difference and helped clear up those black heads around my chin that most cleansers would bring out. Used with a deep moisturiser as it was a little bit drying on the skin but I didn't have any break outs after changing cleansers so that's the main thing!

I love this foaming facewash. I use it as a makeup remover or just I cleanser at the end of the day. Keeps my skin hydrated, leaves your skin soft an smooth. It does not dry out or tighten the skin. Its my number 1 essential item I take everywhere.
