Garnier Micellar Cleansing Water Review

I have been using micellar water religiously for a month and have nothing bad to say about it. It took me a while to get my mitts on some but i was not disapointed, firstly the price is fantastic! $12 for 2oo uses (give or take i use a bit much so it lasts me maybe half that) secondly- you use with a cotton pad! boy do i not miss the 1000 facecloths each week i had to wash (slight exaggeration maybe but it sure felt like it)

now down to the real reason why micellar water is the new love of my life

-It has helped my acne better than any other product by far! Because my face is so clean afterwards that my skin breathes and my pores arent blocked and Oh i just love the clean feel I have afterwards

-No residue or need to wash off -Now i have a 12 week old baby and a 3 year old so if you have children you also know that it is hard to keep up a proper cleansing routine with two kidlets to attend to. So in the 5 mins I get to brush my teeth etc before bed i can easily wet my cotton pad with it wipe wipe and done... PHEW painless and so fast

-All my makeup comes off, eyeshadow, mascara, eyeliner *ahem eyebrows everything... All with the one product... How wonderful no fussing around with multiples...

I'm not one to use this in amongst other products for my routine because I simply haven't got time and the amazing thing is that this works amazingly on its own. I think It likes being an only child in fact. And my face is happy too...!

I love this product! washing my face over the sink is never all that easy for me, my bathroom water takes the longest to heat up (i know FWP) i get water and cleanser running down the arms and a mess all round the bathroom, with a foundation stained sink! This is a nice routine in the morning to waken you up a bit, but at the end of the day not that great

This i keep with my makeup, i can sit down and remove my makeup, pop on a cotton pad, and done!

i dont think its as good as the original bioderma, (just a tiny tiny bit!) but being SO much cheaper, and much easier to get in NZ its my preference.

I can use it to remove eye makeup, but if i had anything heavy duty (shadow bases, creams or waterproof) i will have to get my oil based remover out.

i'm so thrilled there is a bio derma dupe so cheap and accessable!!

I have sensitive skin, i don't like putting new things my face but i knew i had to try the Garnier Micellar Cleansing Water. I am quite slack with taking my makeup off at the end of the day but this product made it easy! I use a couple of cotton pads and generously coated it then swiped away, with ease it took all my makeup off and didn't irritate my skin, its very gentle and you don't have to wash it off! it leaves a fresh feeling on my skin

I've tried a number of different makeup removers and found this one to work best for me. I have sensitive, acne prone skin and always find using new products tends to make my skin breakout. This wasn't the case when trying the micellar cleansing water. To be honest, after watching/reading heaps of reviews raving about this product, I was quite eager to give it a go. I wasn't let down either, it really is great at removing all my eye makeup and lipstick which I usually have the hardest time with when using other products. I also like that the scent is mild and that when removing my lip products, it doesn't taste like I've swallowed a bar of soap! It's really easy and gentle on your skin, I highly recommend you try it.

It's great for touching up any mistakes you make when doing winged eyeliner lol. The lid is the perfect size for wetting a cotton bud when you need to wipe off a little bit of stray eyeliner.

Definitely a good price point for the amount you get too, nice to know you don't have to spend an arm and a leg for things to be of good, decent quality!

I honestly thought the hype surrounding Garnier Micellar Cleansing Water was crazy. How good could this product be?

Really good, my curiosity got the better of me and I ended up purchasing it after I ran out of my eye makeup remover.

The product claims it removes makeup and cleanses your face without you even having to wash your face.

I found the product removed the most stubborn waterproof mascara I had. It also removed highly pigmented lipstick and even double wear.

This water is magical.

I had been waiting to try this product out ever since it came out, finally got some so I could see what all the hype was about.

This..Is ...Amazing. It works and I'm not sure what kind of dark magic it is. I use one cotton pad only and it removes everything. With heavier makeup I might use two.

It doesn't sting, has no smell and it isn't oily. You don't need to wash your face after but I still do use my face cleanser.

It seems to last quite a while so you really get value for money.

This product is a lifesaver for those who are having a lazy day lol my go to product to remove my makeup it does not sting when applied to my face as other products do it leave my face hydrated and smooth fragrance free leaves my feeling refreshed.

As the title suggests.. I love this product.

Finally got my hands on it after a long while searching... It is so gentle, it removes EVERYTHING without having to scrub!

I think you get great value for money (you only need a little and the bottle will last forever)

If I could choose one products for cleansing, toning etc, this would be it! It made my skin feel clean, fresh and silky smooth. I am not one to jump on the bandwagon just because everyone else is using something, but this was recommended to me by a handful of close friends so I had to try it. I am so glad I did. I love it!!

Garnier Micellar water gently and effectively removes makeup, including gel liner and mascara. It doesn't seem to leave any trace of product behind, so you can reapply makeup if you need to.

If I use it for makeup removal, I do usually do a second cleanse to make sure my skin is completely clean.

Garner Micellar water is inexpensive and a good alternative to makeup wipes.
