Okay, so my first thoughts were how pretty and vibrant the bright orange bottle was. Very eye catching which is what product packaging should be. Right after I received the product I opened the lid to smell it and it was so refreshing, very citrus-ey. Exactly what the product says.
When applying to my damp hair I noticed that the shampoo lathered really nicely. It also made the shower smell really nice. I had no problem massaging it into my hair. For a fair test I left it in my hair for a couple of minutes. I found that it was relatively easy to rinse it all out. The first thing that I noticed once out of the shower was the trail of citrus scent it left, so yum!
I let my hair dry naturally for fairness as that is how I would let my hair dry any other time. It did make my hair soft once my hair was dry. However, not as soft as what head and shoulders would. After a few days I didn’t notice any itchiness but I would say after a week my head became very itchy and this wasn’t a nice feeling. Either my scalp is very sensitive or the shampoo doesn’t help with dandruff, like my previous head and shoulders did. I still get my frizzy little bits of hair although there has been a minimal improvement in the amount of my hair that breaks off and falls out when brushing.
Overall this shampoo is good for its price. It didn’t achieve anything out of the ordinary except for smelling very good!
The smell of this product is amazing! It's fruity, tropical, sweet and long lasting. I've really enjoyed using this shampoo, it has left my hair feeling lovely and clean, soft and easy to manage. I find that some hair products leave me with fly away hair but I haven't had this with.
It seems to be all full of goodness to make your hair healthier and stronger and the packaging is recyclable which is great.
I'm not sure that it has repaired the damage in my hair but it has definitely helped soften it so it must be doing something right. Looking forward to continuing to use this and seeing how much better my hair can get.
Tips: Use a little bit first and see how you go, it spreads.
