Dissapointed in this product

I brought this off a website in NZ and when it arrived, it had fallen out of the base of the packaging and was sitting in the lid, it didn't break as it is such a weird consistancy (think colourpop highlighters consistancy) and so it was easy to place back in the base. The packaging is quite cheap i reckon, its just plastic and it actually smaller than i thought it would be.

The product its self offered no real pigment, which was what i was wanting from a bronzer, and i had to use a bit to get the color i wanted on me (my skin is fair), its buildable though.

It also has a slight shimmer to it, this would be good in summer with a BB cream or something for a light makeup look, but sadly it just didn't work for me :(

Tips: use a lot, this product is very sheer

Love the colour.

Love the colour and the creamy finish but I had to press down quite hard to pick up colour onto my make up brush. I think overall it's an okay bronzer, there are better out there. Also sometimes applies patchy and the packaging is quite cheap. The product size is also very small.

It's alright I guess.

I wasn't overly impressed with it. I like it, yes, I use it most days to contour (I'm a poor student, forgive me) and I find it does it's job. My issue with it is how orange it appears on fair foundation, for anyone with less red and darker skin than me this would be such a DREAM for a low price. The texture is beautiful, goes on pretty nice but the colour for me was not the best match :/ I make it work though!

Tips: I find it goes on best with either your finger or a fluffier eyeshadow brush (probably a slightly larger one), easy to blend but MAKE SURE TO BLEND ;)

Bronzer

Well being a lite skinned island girl, i found this bronzer to be very easy and lite on the skin if applied properly, if you over do it you will notice, looking darking and shiner than you should be.hehe i over did it once, wasn't very pretty i must say but in saying that i was a first time bronzer user. Also using this as a eyeshadow works very well. Would definately recommend.

Attention Olive toned girls...

I picked up this bronzer at the big bucket deals sale at got it for a crazy $4! Only recently I've starting wearing and experimenting with bronzer because I always had this idea that bronzer is only for fair skinned people and olive toned people need to step away quietly! Well I picked it up on a whim and boy am I glad I did! I picked up the colour Sun Glow.

I'm the type of person that will fall inlove with a product just be reading the descriptions and nice elaborate wordings (yeah I'm sucker leave me alone!) and this is no different. Promise is, "feels lightweight like a powder, yet melts into skin like cream" ooh la la they had me at melts!

If you think of the Maybelline dream matte mousse's that definitely the same formula they used with this bronzer but just slightly more firmer mousse than the dream matte mousse but like a jelly cream that you cant dig your fingers into. It just moves around with the motions of your fingers and I quite like the texture and the feel of this bronzer.

This pot is only 5.6g big but I've barely made a dent in this bronzer after using it for about 2 months now because you dont need alot of product for a blushed and healthy look.

I tried to use this bronzer as a contour but you're on a road to nowhere if you do this because its has some shimmer to it and your contour will fail.

I have found that with my olive toned complexion I can use this bronzer as I blusher and it gives me a healthy, earthy toned look on my cheeks which is quite flattering.

I use my fingers to apply the bronzer because of the consistency. I havent tried it with a brush, but cant imagine it would work, because the dream matte mousse needs finger application if you want it to be flawless. I first use a powder bronzer on my cheeks and then apply just one sweep over my index and middle finger and apply it to the apples of my cheeks and down my cheek bones and blend it into bronzer. It is possible to over do it with this bronzer, especially because I use it in conjuction with other bronzers, but if you're just using on its own, you're safe to go a little crazy. The colour is not intense but it is pigmented and you'll definitely notice some colour to your cheeks.

After applying this bronzer, it really does turn into a powder and just settles into my powder bronzer until they marry up and become one. Its long lasting for me as I apply it when leave for working in morning, and if i so desire, probably only touch up if I'm going out after work just to intensify it again.

This is definitely a gem for girls who are not fair skinned and find it hard to find a blusher that will add colour to your cheeks but not be harsh at the same. I definitely recommend this bronzer if you're olive toned or darker.

Tips: Use your fingers for application because its mousse and doesnt do well with brush applications.

A 2 finger sweep is all you need on each cheek

dream bouncy bronzer

I have shade 90 sun glow. This is a very unusual product. The consistency is a cross between mouse and putty. I first touched it expecting it to spring back into form but it doesn't. This shade is a dark bronze and slightly orange.:( you need to apply as much as needed and blend in one go. You can't build light layers as the new layers remove the previous one. Its weird. I really only use this if I want a really dark contour but use bahama mama over the top to correct the colour. If it wasn't so orange it would be a lot better.

Tips: I find cream products work best with cream bases. Save the powder for after you applied this.
