Garnier BB Cream - Sensitive Review - Medium

I used this bb cream and I really enjoy it. I feel as though is very light on my skin and really evens out my tone. It also brightens my overall complexion which I like. I have quite sensitive skin and this product has been such a pleasure to review. I also will say that it has nearly no smell which is so nice. Unlike an other bb creams I have used. Would definitely buy this and definitely recommend to anyone who wants a really beautiful bb cream.

I have super sensitive skin and eyes. I first used this over my cheeks and forehead and WOW! My skin looked amazing. It evened my skin tone, illuminated it and it felt moisturised ! Being the "sensitive " product I then tried it over my eyes, I had no stinging or redness or tears! It lasted all day and didn't go patchy or oily. This would be the perfect starting product for a teenager. Only $17.99 and it still looks like your skin.

Every time I uses this it clumped up and flaked off as well as not giving me a even tone. It was fairly easy to apply but then this happened.. maybe it was off?

I have combination skin but its super sensitive so I tend to always go for a sensitive skin product, this miracle cream gave me so many pimples that I feel like a teenager again. What is with people making things for sensitive skin super oily??

The cream its self was a medium thickness and only had a subtle scent on sunscreen. I gave me thin coverage but the shade was weirdly orange which is strange since it was meant to be the "light" shade. It last half the day before it started going even more uneven.

Really don't think there is any miracle to this cream, it just made my skin horrible while making me look like I didn't know how to apply make up for a few days... embarrassing!

I got this to trial in the shade light, which was a perfect colour match for me. My skin is usually quite dry and I have red cheeks which I am constantly trying to minimise.

The consistency of this is quite thick - particularly when comparing it to other western bb creams. It isn't stiff but is creamy and kind of thick, which I like. Like other bb creams this is simple to apply. I used it both with my hands and brush and found I prefer to use my fingers - I just apply it like a lotion. One thing I didn't enjoy was the scent. It has a subtle sweet fragrant smell that I can't put my finger on. I didn't really like it but it is a very subtle smell that fades quickly when on your face, so the smell wouldn't put me off using this. The coverage is pretty good. I'd say the coverage of this is somewhere between a foundation and a tinted moisturiser, which is ideal when you don't want something heavy. The finish on this was slightly dewy, which I loved. This didn't cling or enhance any dry patches which is also a must for me with any kind of coloured product on my face, nor did it dry my skin out. I didn't use a primer under this and it lasted for around three hours before starting to break down, although it still looked good after mine hours. The only thing I noticed was that my redness became a little more apparent after around three hours, but it wasn't super obvious. I was pleasantly surprised by how well this held up throughout the day with no primer. I imagine that with primer it would last even longer I think the price is quite high when compared to Asian bb creams. However, compared to other western creams that are readily available to us in shops here, I think it is around the cheaper side of the spectrum, although I wouldn't pay full price for it (just because Korean bb creams you can get online are far cheaper). However, I think that if you are wanting a western BB cream and want something you can get from a store, this is worth the money. The packaging is average. For me, there is nothing aesthetically interesting about it but nor is there anything ugly about it. To look at, it is kind of boring and it wouldn't catch my eye in a shop. In terms of the use ability of the packaging, it functions well as you squeeze the tube and open the cap to get the product. I find this super easy to get the amount you want and it's really easy to keep clean, which I like. I haven't noticed any massive change in my redness but to be fair, my redness is triggered by temperature fluctuations so this cold isn't helping. It definitely has helped keep my skin hydrated and makes it appear fresh and dewy which is ideal for the cooler times when I want my skin to appear brighter. I would recommend this to a friend if they needed a Bb cream ASAP. If you are a newbie to BB and/or want something that you can pick up from a store rather than online, I definitely recommend this.

I got to trial this product, but I will buy this to use again. This was my first time using a BB cream and I came in a little skeptical, but have been very pleasantly surprised.

I applied just using my fingers (no need for a sponge) and it spread very easily and gave great coverage.

The BB Cream is a little creamier and thicker than my normal moisturiser, so I used moisturiser underneath the BB Cream as my skin can be quite dry when I get out of the shower.

I used the medium tone, which is a little bit dark for me (in winter months) and it was a little bit orangey, but with my pressed powder applied on top it works out better. The winner for me is that the combination of the BB Cream and pressed powder makes the colour stay on all day. I normally have to reapply powder throughout the day - but I didn't need to with the BB Cream underneath. The powder also adds a matte effect which the BB Cream doesn't do.

The squeeze top tube is great so I can control on the amount of product and the secure cap means it won't leak or spill in my bag when I am travelling.

Bonuses for me was that it lasted all day, is SPF 15, it evened out my skin tone, concealed my blemishes, and was fragrance free.

Would be better if there were different shades - as I would probably get one between the light and the medium for winter.

Given that it looks like it's going to last a long time (as you only need a small amount), I think the price is very reasonable.

I would recommend it to a friend (but they might want to trial the shades first).

I received a tube of the one for sensitive skin and had chosen the medium shade, which was my first mistake! I am not fair skinned, but this is way too dark for me! I looked like an oompa loompa with it on, so it was removed immediately.

I did like how easy it was to apply and the size of the tube was great, as it would have been easy to toss it into your handbag or find space in amongst your other products without any problems.

My other concern was that it contains sunscreen and I can't explain how I missed that information when I looked at the product initially, as I am allergic to most sunscreens. For this reason I did continue with using it a couple of times, but only on the inside of my wrist, more as a test for myself to see if there were any products with sunscreen in them that I could use. I found that it rubbed easily into my skin and I was really pleased to note that I had no discernible reaction to this product - PHEW!!!!

In the past i have used similar products but garnier bb cream is by far the best.I put a little on tip of my fingers and rubbed it into my face and was amazed how well it spread over my skin, instantly my blemishes and two tone skin blended to a smoothe even finish which is exactly what it claims to do the amazing part was i put a little powder overtop and it worked as a foundation except the bb cream is way lighter and feels so much better on the skin so i can use it as an everyday moisturiser or add a little powder for a more dressed up look. I definately thinkit is worth the price as it does everything it says it does and can be used for more than 1 purpose i will be continuing the use of this product and have already spread the news of this amazing product to all my friends thankyou garnier for creating a cream that actually works and is so good to the skin especially when its sensitive its not easy to find such a good product im sold on garnier bb cream sensitive

I have previously tried the Anti Ageing BB cream and reacted to it after a few days of consistent use, so I was pleasantly surprised by the BB Cream for sensitive skin. It is light and very easy to put on - nowhere near as thick as I found the Anti Ageing version. The coverage, while sheer and light, blended really well with my skin and helped my skin appear consistent - I struggle with rosacea and pimple prone skin, and it reduced the appearance of the redness while not in itself causing more breakouts. It also didn't cause any flare ups for my skin, reaction wise. I would definitely recommend it to my friends!

OMG this is a wonderful product smells lovely glides on nice and smoothly lasts all day my skin feels and looks great it softens my face appearance brightens my skin and it lightens my freckles at the moment I prefer this to foundation there are no uneven spots no orange lines around the face where we miss on occasion and I actually feel pretty for a change it leaves the skin still breathable and I love this product and this is one that will be staying in my hand bag.
