Garnier BB Cream - Sensitive Review - Medium

When i first put this product on, I adored it! It went on smoothly, gave a perfect cover and blended nicely. However, it soon became less-than-ideal! Anytime I touched my face, I came away with blobs of the product. It just wasn't setting. It really needs to be used as a moisturiser under some powder to help set it.

Overall, the packaging was really poorly done also... the label for 'sensitive skin' was stuck over an 'anti-aging' label.

However, it didn't cause any irritation with my skin, and it didn't appear to dry it out at all.

So in the end, I wouldn't rush out to get another bottle, but it is a good cover for days when all you want is a two-in-one make up/moistouriser!

I didn't have high hopes for this as I have never been a huge fan of bb creams. Consistency was very thick and creamy but once on the skin blended very well. Coverage was very sheer so not good if you have redness or prefer a full coverage look as I do. Unfortunately the light shade was orange on me as I have very pale skin.

Overall I think this would be great if you were after something quick to put on if you didn't have time for your regular makeup routine i.e weekends or quick trip to shops. I personally wouldn't use it again.

Im not saying this product was bad and didn't do what it say it would but although it was very soft and gentle on my skin, which normally has patches of really dry patches as well as a few blemishes and reacts easily to shampoo's or other products leaving it with a red inflamed area. However it was very light coverage so it didn't properly cover any blemishes without using concealer as well and left you with a slightly wet looking face with an creamy texture to it so i generally used powder over top of it. The application was rather easy just like any other bb cream or foundation you would normally use. I found that the product didn't last a full 12 hour day at work but would be good for going out to the beach or summer due to the UV protection in it.

Before this, I had tried the regular BB cream but it was so dry and looked like I had cracked skin. That's why I had reason to be sceptical about this supposed BB cream for Sensitive skin however, I did notice a difference in that it wasn't as dry and did its job (given that you apply it a couple of times over for darker blemishes). Not bad, I'm going to keep using this on days when I need to look presentable!

I thought the garner bb cream for sensitive skin was great. The product minimized the redness on my face and had a cooling effect to it, it provided medium coverage and gave a nice natural, dewy finish, this product impressed me and does do as it says it does. The fact that it allows the skin to breathe is great too as you do not feel as guilty applying it.

This if my fave bb cream . It's my go to product when I don't feel like wearing a full face of foundation . The light shade is perfect for my skin tone as I am very very pale . It's thick and creamy but doesn't feel heavy on my face . It lasts quite a while if I'm not doing a lot . Definitely a must have . Wouldn't be able to live without it :)

This product was great from day one!! My first application of the product I noticed a difference straight away! My skin looked fresher and glowed a lot more and that was from the first application, so I was really impressed. Having sensitive skin I am always worried about what I use on my skin but this cream was great I had no rashes or redness and I didn't notice any extra breakouts as I am prone to them and sometimes using something new on my face can affect this. Overall I was really happy with the product and plan on adding this to my daily routine. The consistency of the cream was good for me to as my foundation is the same sort of consistency. I didn't find it heavy at all although I probably used too much the first couple of times, just goes to show that you don't need a lot which means it will last way longer. I would definitely recommend this product to others no doubt, I am really happy I got to review this because now I have a new product that I'm really happy with.

I have been trialling this product for the past week now. For me I would say I have been happy with it, but not WOWED. I have a bit of an oily T-Zone, and my skin is really sensitive, it can get very dry on my cheeks with different products i use as well as a bit of rosacia on the apples of cheeks. this BB cream has worked really well with my skin, and I haven't had any reactions of redness or my skin getting to dry from using it. For me this is a sheer coverage, good to wear when you don't want to wear to much, But I did find that it does not last that long. I was wearing mine to work and I would be away from home for 10 hours throughout the day it properly only lasted for about 3-5 hours max which was a shame. I applied it with my fingertips, you really only need a small amount. I found with this a little does go a long way. You just squeeze a dab onto your fingertips. Having it in the type packaging makes it easier to control how much comes out which is good i think. It has a creamy consistency and sort of has a typical moisturiser scent. For the price, I don't think it is worth $17 to be honest. I would think more around the $9-$12 mark would be suitable, but in saying that you get 50ml and you only need the smallest amount for day to day use, so it would last quite a while, which is a plus. The shade I had receive was in "light" and i feel like it really did have a good match for my shade in skin. For me, recommending this to someone I would do if they felt they had sensitive skin, and wanted a sheer/light coverage.

well where do I start..... I am totally in love first of all you only need the smallest amount, I use a sponge. it left my skin so so soft all day, while doing the trial I didn't use any other moisturiser and really didn't need to. it leaves my skin hydrated so no dry skin while using this it was perfect for my skin and I truly will be using this as my every day bb cream

I have very pale skin, this product was slightly too dark, but probably fine in summer for me. The fragrance was very light and only really noticeable if I tried to smell it from the bottle. Good coverage (although my skin is fairly blemish free for once) it gave a slightly dewy finish, but nothing too shiny, so a great balance in texture (not too matt not too shiny for my liking, both in product and it's effect on my skin, it mattified my shiny forehead but made my dry areas look and feel more moisturised) I wouldn't wear it for work (high end retail) but great for weekend wear or when I lighter look is needed
