Revlon ColorStay Ultimate Liquid Lipstick Review

Dries quickly. Stays on but flakes eventually, needs reapplication to survive the day at work. REALLY hard to get off. Often wake up with pink patches on my lips the next day...

I love these lipsticks. They are easy to apply and super long lasting! They can be a little drying but that's easily fixed with some lip gloss or lip balm. These were the first liquid lipstick type product I ever tried and still a product I occasionally like to use along with new favourites I have found. They still manage to compete in terms of lasting power with some of the more recently released long lasting liquid lippys in my books. The only issue I have with them is that when they do finally wear off its not always even wear and can look a little weird. Other than that they are great and I would definitely repurchase and recommend.

I splashed out on this and got it from a Dept store, hoping to find a product that will last. It is quite sticky, but hey, I would put up with that if it stays put. It didn't. After a couple of hours of normal everyday life, it had disappeared. I didn't even really put it to the test either (like drink heaps, suck on a lemon etc)

I have this product in the 'Rouge a levres' a bright pink colour. I like the liquid aspect of the lipstick, and it does last through food, drinks etc. However it does really dry your lips. I guess that is why it is still in my drawer nearly full. It is probably one of the best lipsticks for staying on, as there is no need to re apply, however not great for your lips.

Wore the 'Stellar Sunrise' of this today for the first time in long time and now remember why it's still full. It's just plain unpleasant to wear. Super sticky and dry at the same time. Almost feels like you've applied glue to your lips. I wouldn't necessarily call this a one-step liquid lipstick as I imagine the only tolerable way to wear it would be if you applied a top coat of gloss or balm. The claims of being long lasting I believe are valid because to take this off was a mission in itself and I only had it on for a short time before it drove me crazy! I usually love Revlon products but this was just a hit and miss for me.

Love it, I had a this in a deep red and I loved it! A downside is that it does dry out your lips, but it's such a nice product, I'm a huge sucker for red lips and so I think that this definitely won me over.

I have this in a dark pink. I really like he colour. This is my favourite liquid lipstick. The colour is nice and it stays on for ages.

I love it, It stays on for so long. I do not like the feeling of it after it's dry. I got mine at a makeup sale for 10$ not sure if I would pay full retail price for this.

I have this lip gloss in a dark pink/red. I quite like it but its quite dark on my lips and it gets quite sticky. It does stay on your lips for a long time so it is a lip gloss to year out to dinner.

It stays on your lips for hours! This is what i used for my school ball just recently.. And the only down side is that it dries your lips out so much! But the colour does stain your lips so is quite handy,
