L'Oreal Paris Shine Caresse in Milady Review

This product is one of my favourites.it has a doe wabd to put the lip product on .its very shiny,glossy and stays on like a lip stain.the packaging looks very high end in gold and wearing the lip product also looks very high end.i would buy in other colours and i would recomend to others.

My first thoughts were 'purple? then I tried it.

It does require a couple of coats, and a clear lip liner really does help to stop it sliding before it has a chance to set.

Beautiful coverage and a nice subtle shine without being slimy feeling or sticky which is my personal hate in glosses. Lasts fairly well and looking good while doing it!

I bought this on sale back when k mart stocked Loreal because it was so cheap. I wasn't expecting very much because I'm not normally a fan of lip glosses but this is so different to anything I've really tried before. I can apply one coat and it stays glossy and has good pigment and will last an hour or so but if I add a few more layers then it stains my lips and makes the colour a bit darker and lasts forever, even when the gloss fades, the colour is still there and I love it! It also smells really good too!

I was sent this beautiful lip colour to review. I love purple lippies - they're vibrant and daring, but that also makes them a bit unwearable. It is a medium - deep purple satin shade, with no glitter, a colour I would only wear on a night out. In the time I had to review the product I only wore it around home, as I did not go out. This makes it slightly difficult to review. Careese has lasting power. The colour lasted all day as a stain, but the glossiness rubbed off. The stain from the swatch on my hand didn't even come off after two hand washes. It was not excessively drying upon my lips.

Loreal careese has a thin, creamy consistency and is not sticky, which I really appreciate about it.

It smells really yummy, like lollies! It tasted like lollies too! At least that makes it wearable.

The skin on my face is extremely sensitive, pimple prone and oily. The lip product did not cause any exacerbation a of these conditions or create any reactions on my lips.

I would love to purchase this product in other shades, which I have seen in store. Like I said I do love the colour, but as it is unwearable I would prefer to repurchase in a different shade. I would reccomend this product to others, especially if they live purple lippies! This also appears to be a high quality product, making me want recommend it to others also.

I like the lipstick, I didn't love it however. I expected the colour to be a brighter purple but it was just a subtle shade of purple which was nice for day to day wear. I also wore it to work as it wasn't too much. However it wasn't bright enough to go out at night for me. To start with it had a gloss but this came off quite quickly and it was matt which is ok for work and daytime but not for nighttime. It didn't last any longer than my other lipsticks. To be fair my complexion is quite dark and I tend to buy darker and brighter colours for my skin tone, but even saying that I would buy this as its a pretty colour.

I loooooove this product. Both lippy and gloss in one, is just magic. I like how it was easy to apply with the shape of the stick. I loved the little scent it had too. Some lipstick smells like you dont want it on your lips but this one smelled yummy. The desugn of the packaging us awesome. Easy to just chuck into a little pouch on a night out. It actually does stay on for hours. I will definitely be buying this product. And the colour is just amazing

This lip colour made my lips so delicious and juicy! I love the purple, not something I'd normally wear but it it's a stunning colour that really brought out the green of my eyes. It did not last quite as long as I'd hoped but it is so easy to apply, you don't need a mirror. The smell is divine, quite fruity and delicious. Great product and I'm keen to try different colours.

Thanks for the opportunity to trial this product. I am a matte girl and purple is my favourite colour so I was intrigued to put this lippy to the test. The packaging is very chic and has a screw top lid with a large angled flat tear drop shaped applicator. There is a window just below the lid which shows the product and the colour does match perfectly to the colour on my lips once applied. The colour is beautiful! Applying the product with the applicator did take a bit of getting used to due to its unique shape. The product is creamy and feels like a gloss but without the stickiness. It has a faint sweet berry scent. Once applied it gives a wet look sheen to my lips and this finish lasts until I eat or drink. After eating it fades to the stain finish but on me it does look like it needs to be reapplied. I think this is a versatile product and is comfortable to wear. I will be checking out the other colours available.

Let me start by saying i am not a lip gloss person at all! Give me a matte lipstick any day! But this surprised me. I loved the colour first of all. The product stainted the lips which was awesome as when i started to come off i still had that 'bitten' look to my lips. It was not sticky at all, which is the main reason why i never wear lip gloss. It wasn't heavy, nor was it overly scented. It did have a slight scent but it didn't taste on the lips and it was not overpowering. This looks great over a lipstick, or on it's own for a more natural look. I found it also was great over a lipliner. Overall i would definately use this again, and it has changed my mind on gloss! I even went out and purchased some more colours! Definately something to think about trying if you are after a more glossy look, or if you don't like super pigmented lip products. Love Love Love!!!

I was so excited to be selected to participate in this trial as I have been wanting to try out this lip product for such a long time. I have never been the hugest fan of lipgloss or glossy lip stains so I was worried I wouldn't love the product but....

Firstly, the packaging is gold and the shape of the tube is very classy. It has a large sized applicator which I find makes it harder to apply precisely which is a bit of a let down.

I actually love how this lip product smells lovely, very floral.

The color is a beautiful boysenberry shade. The finish of this product/shade reflects very glossy which I have actually become a fan of. The formula of this product is thin which helps to glide on the product evenly and it also lightly stains the lips. For me this is a shade I would wear at night time due to it being a vampy kinda color. I found that it lasted on my lips four hours before needing to be re-applied. I was also surprised that the product wasn't sticky and I would definitely purchase other shades.
