Is buying KIWI important to you?

What comes to mind when we showcase a product from an NZ brand?  What have we come to expect from a Kiwi skin care or cosmetic company?

Kiwi beauty brands feed into the belief (and thriving sector of the industry) that natural is best for our bodies.  And it seems that by starting from this beautiful landscape a brand is on the right path - all they need to do is to continue to be guided by the land around them.  Any great product starts with great ingredients.  Ingredients that have been used for centuries before being overlooked for fancy packaging, glossy advertising and long ingredient list.

Sustainably grown local ingredients.  Recyclable packaging that won't harm the land that has gifted us with the power of these ingredients. Giving back to the local communities that support the brand and help them grow.  Combine these factors with good ole Kiwi ingenuity and it's no surprise that Kiwi Beauty Brands are a force to be reckoned with.

Just look at Kiwi brand Wild Ferns.  Their motto is Committed to New Zealand, Committed to you.  Wild Ferns' philosophy is to ensure the most important ingredients and components come from natural, ethical, and sustainable sources; retaining and protecting the clean, green beauty that is New Zealand.

All Wild Fern products are 100% New Zealand Made, not tested on animals, environmentally friendly packaged, Sodium Lauryl Sulphate free, Paraben Free and Mineral Oil free.

I've heard good things about Wild Fern. I've seen it a lot but never tried but would like too. I think it is very important to support a brand from your own country. You're supporting New Zealand business and people. I believe New Zealand has great, unique beauty products and most of them smell natural, almost like homemade remedies. How can you not love that.

Yes I wish there were more Kiwi brands to cater for all aspects of life, it is the only way that we are going to have an economy to build up, it is so expensive to live in NZ with 99% of our everyday items being shipping in from different areas of the global and those import taxes are holding us hostage to living in paradise.

any possible chance i have i take it!!

I am a New Zealand citizen, therefore I would rather use 'Kiwi' natural products, to not only benefit myself, but to show the world, that 'Kiwi' is the best!

I don't use a lot of NZ brands but there are a few that I do really like. Obviously buying from a kiwi brand is important and something I wanna do more and discover more products from since they're usually if not always gonna be better in terms of ingredients used and the naturalness. Never tried Wild Fern but love their packaging and I love using manuka honey!

I haven't heard about wild ferns or tried any of their products but I have used Manuka honey and know that it does wonders for my skin and I love it. Would be nice to test this. I believe It's important to support local industry and products, it's our way of encouraging more growth. when given a choice I do opt for locally made products, it's just a small way of supporting our industry and its people.

I love buying kiwi when I can. I suppose the idea of putting money back into the NZ economy, supporting local business's or kiwi businesses... I also prefer kiwi products because their easily accessible to us.. can purchase from the store or online and don't have to pay ridiculous shipping costs! There's so many perks to buying kiwi!!

Would soooooo love to give these products a try. My partner is a bee keeper and i know a little about how the process of getting the honey. I also know that manuka is used to heal wounds so cant wait to see what it could do for my little old face.

I am likely to choose a Kiwi brand over an international brand when I am looking at products and don't have a preference. I haven't heard of Wild Ferns but it sounds interesting.

I have never used a Manuka product and I'm really keen to see how it all works !! Especially coming to the cooler season and dry skin !!

I have never heard of Wild Ferns before and will look out for them now. It is always a pleasure and common sense to support a New Zealand. I am boycotting Cadbury at the moment because they are a company laying off workers. Manuka honey is not only a great product but one that we can take world wide. Adding value is the key. Definitely a brand to support!

Wow!! Those products sound amazing!! I had never heard of this brand before but definitely want to give it a go! No animal testing, locally made and natural? Sounds like a win win to me. Buying NZ products is so important because it's great to support our local brands and businesses! Most of my current skincare is from NZ, Wild Fern sounds like a great range to add to my collection!

I think it is a preference and important but I have to admit its not an absolute

Buying Kiwi is important but in saying that it is not the be all and end all. I believe if we are all honest, we buy the products that work for us. But when it comes to honey we know that here in New Zealand we sell the best products that are totally natural. I would love the opportunity to review these products. Wild Ferns' I have not heard of until reading about them here now.

Love New Zealand products as usually made with such great ingredients. Haven't heard of this brand before but sounds great.
