There are two types of people in the world - those that clease once a day and those that cleanse twice a day. Ok, there are three types of people - but if you're not cleansing at all, well, we need to have a very, very serious chat.
The base to any skin care routine is cleansing. Washing your face is the best way to achieve clean, clear and healthy looking skin - so it stands to reason then that washing your face morning and night is even better for you right? I mean you wash the day off when you cleanse in the evening - sweat, grime, makeup. And when you cleanse in the morning you freshen up skin that's been rubbing and smushing around in your pillow case.
Welllll...it's not quite that simple - if your choice of soap or cleanser is too harsh or drying then cleansing twice a day can have a negative impact on your skin. Think dry, sensitive skin. Using the wrong cleanser twice a day might even make your skin more oily! It's a bit of a catch-22, use a cleanser twice a day have super clean skin, but risk making it drier or oilier in the long run. Use a cleanser once a day and you might just feel a bit grimey.
What's a girl to do?!

I have to at least cleanse 2 times a day! Although I do feel like it strips a lot of the moisture out of my face even though I have oily skin. I'd love to find a product that will allow me to cleanse without getting rid of too much moisture since I usually use a scrub every few days then I regular foam cleanser.
