If you know me, you know I'm not one for filters. Should I ever have professional photos taken you can be damn sure I'm paying for airbrush, but for my day-to-day photos and selfies, meh, my face is my face, my silly pout is my silly pout, my chinnage is my chinnage.
But tonight when The Husband came home I pounced on him. And no, not for cuggles. I wanted his iPhone. I wanted to play with Prisma. Me, the Samsung girl was waiting all day for this.
Prisma is the latest filter app that turns you in to works of art. But to be honest, the term 'filter app' is selling Prisma short. This is the bomb. Look. LOOK!!
Ok, not at this one. Here I am all low-res from the front cam.
But it's not just selfies - there's already over 500,000 tagged Prisma photos on Instagram. This app is seriously addictive and seriously fun. And forget grainy front-cam images, what this app can do to hi-res is just unbelievable.
Prisma is currently available from the iStore (is that what it's called?!) and will be released for Android later this month.
But what we want to know is...when do the incredible makeup looks based on Prisma filters start blowing up our feeds?! Anyone up for giving it a go?
