Do you want a more powerful Rosehip Oil experience?

“While a lone ingredient can be effective, compatible actives working in synergy can be even more so...”   Kati Kasza, Evolu.

The one thing me and The Husband have in common is we're 'blend' snobs.  I literally just asked him "single malt or blended?" and he replied 'That's a silly question.  Single malt for life'.  I feel the same way about oils.  I tend to go for a 'pure' oil, like Rosehip than a blend.  Or so I thought...

You see, rosehip oil is an amazing gift from nature.  Rosehip oil is the ultimate skin-rejuvenator due to its high content of Vitamin A, having the power to regenerate and restructure skin cells. It stimulates collagen production, which helps plump the skin up, diminishing fine lines and wrinkles.  Rosehip oil fights sun spots and eventually makes them fade, helps heals wounds, fights rednes by shrinking the capillaries beneath the skin’s surface and makes skin supple and firm.  This oil is absorbed by skin extremely quickly, penetrating its deepest layers.

I honestly thought you couldn't get any better than pure Rosehip Oil.

And then.  We got our hands on the brand new to market release from Evolu.  Rosehip and Friends.  I stand corrected.  The Husband and I have nothing in common.

Wait til you hear about the benefits of this beautiful Rosehip blend.  In fact...wait until you try it!

This 100% natural formulation brings together the exceptional properties of Rosehip, Argan, Grapeseed, Pomegranate and Kiwifruit Seed oils. These five plant-oil ‘friends’ complement each other perfectly, to deliver an instant radiance boost, day after day.

  • Rosehip - softening, repairing multi-tasker
  • Argan - brightening/nourishing star active
  • Grapeseed - antioxidants, hydrating
  • Pomegranate - antioxidants, protective
  • Kiwifruit seed - vitamin C + omega-3

Working in sync, they help nourish, defend and repair while also brightening and vitalising the skin. True to Evolu’s technical craft, the product’s texture is lightweight, non-greasy, and soaks in quickly, so you can directly apply your make-up afterwards.

So - it sounds fabulous, and the crew are already in love with it, but what will our Expert Review Panel think of it?  25 reviewers will find out!

Why not tell us about your rosehip oil experiences?  Do you regularly use rosehip oil?  Do you usually use pure rosehip oil or a blend?  Or maybe you're not on board the rosehip train?  Why would you like to take Rosehip and Friends out for a spin?

Rose hip nectar from the gods! Such a important beauty must have, and it seems to work well in a variety of applications! If it does wonders on scarring, and pigmentation then it is one I am going to watch with envy! So far my old rosehio oil it possibly past it's expiry date and I should really throw it out.. but I can't! Because even as its less effective now, I'm sure I'll find a use somewhere :)

I would really love to try this one. I haven't use rosehip oil yet as I am very happy with my Trilogy Age Proof CoQ10 Booster Oil but this blend sound very interesting. I wonder which one will be better for girls of my age.

I haven't used oil as a serum on my skin as I've always felt it would be too greasy. This Rosehip oil sounds as if it would absorb easily and would replenish dehydrated tired skin. I'd love to trial it.

Have tried a rosehip oil before but didn't do much for me so I didn't get the big deal. This one sounds promising though, would love to try it

Compatabile actives, what a great phrase. This to me sounds like there has been a whole bunch of research done in the making of this product. I love a good rosehip but this sounds like it is a very proactive oil, one I would love to try.

I definitely like the sound of this blend of oils. When I only use straight rosehip oil I find that all it is doing is lubricating my skin. The introduction of the grapeseed, kiwifruit seed and pomegranate is brilliant to actively work on the skin together with moisturising. I'm really keen to try this!

I tested another rosehip oil & found it didn't really live up to its promises so I'm keen to try a different one to see if Rosehip oil is all it's cracked up to be. I have some pigmentation on my cheek so I'm keen to see if this will reduce its appearance.

Using oils on my face has been the best thing I could've done. At first I was nervous about making my skin oilier but its balancing my skin better now! I would love to trial to product!

So keen to try, I love rose hip oil, an can't imagine it being better

Oh this looks very interesting, I would love to give this a go! I have tried other oils with mixed results and blends that I have made myself. I love the sound of this in respect to fading sun spots and reducing capillaries and redness on the skin. That sounds like my dream product. I would love to give this product a try!

I have never tried Rosehip oil and with all these other 5 skin loving plant 'friends" sounds like my skin would look rejuvenated and flawless.I would love to give this a spin because I am curious as to how well my skin will look and feel afterwards.

I use the Trilogy Rosehip Antioxidant currently - I like it. Don't feel my skin is as mositurised as it could be and would love to try a product that's added in some extra goodness with the Rosehip oil. Rosehip is a must have component to my daily routine

Wow, I have never used rosehip oil, but if the information in the article is correct then it's better than a chemical peel and microdermabrasion for your skin! This sounds like a dream product - I'd love to be considered to try it!

Hate to say I must be really late to the bandwagon here but I have never tried rose hip in oil form! I've heard some great reviews but have never gotten around to trying it. I've tried facial moisturiser that had rose-hip in it but I didn't like the moisturiser, I found the consistency to thick and my skin just did not agree!

I had some bad experiences with bio-oil so I have been a bit apprehensive towards trying facial oils, but I think it's time to try something new!

I use rosehip oil religiously, it's a life saver for my skin! I would love to try this!
